We loved this condo. We try to come to mammoth at least once a year in the summer, and we usually try to stay in the sierra star area. This condo was right on the course, and was great. Plenty of room for the family (6 of us) with room to spare. Very clean and well appointed. Garage fit both our cars with no problem. No complaints and we hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks!

6 of us stayed here for a weekend of golf and hanging out. The place was great (big, clean) and exactly what we needed. And close to the golf course which was a major plus. The only complaint was the check in process. I received multiple emails and not one of them had all the I formation I needed. I would have liked to have had the exact location and unit and door code all in one email, but instead I had to search through the emails to get what I needed. Other than the check in process everything was great.

Nice and clean home, and very close to the village. Plenty of space and perfect for our group of ten. We enjoyed our stay during spring break 2024 and had plenty of fun with the snow.
Garage is a bit small/short and will not fit large suv or truck (surburban or F150 size).

Loved this townhouse, perfect location within walking distance to the village. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals on ski trips and most of them are older, barely maintained homes. Not this one. New subdivision, modern appliances and decor, tons of space, a private hot tub, this one really can’t be beat. 10/10 will stay here again.

6 of us, wife and kids, stayed here and had a nice time. The condo is very nice, in a very quiet area and we enjoyed our stay. There is tons of room and it was very close to the Village, Grocery Store, etc. The private jacuzzi was a nice perk we enjoyed each evening. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean with the exception of the downstairs carpets and rugs which could use a good cleaning. The kitchen is easy to cook in, love the gas stove. I would give 4 1/2 Stars if we could. Only a few minor details prevent us from 5 Stars. If you have small kids, be warned that the kids room is downstairs and the Master Room is on the 3rd level. Also, the garage is very "short" meaning our suburban did not fit without parking at a very difficult angle. Other than that, this place was very nice and we would recommend it to other big families/groups.

You can't pick a better location than this one- right near the Village, Main Lodge, and everywhere you want to be. The property has plenty of space and the bathrooms are spacious and nice. The house has some ware- outlets that are busted and kitchen equipment that is run down. Lastly, the property could have been cleaner. There was a used bandaid on a dresser and the cabinets that were not clean. Overall, we loved the place. It was spacious and in a perfect location. Check in and out was also very easy.

We loved this house for our group of 9. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day on the mountain. If you don’t have a car, you’ll get your steps in for sure, as you’re about a 10 minute walk from either shuttle stop.

My group of friends visited Mammoth to mountain bike. The townhouse is .8 miles to the Villiage where the bus/bike shuttle picks up. Location was perfect! The house was very comfortable for 6 of us. We had 4 people that canceled and it would have felt crowded with 10. The garage was nice to store our bikes and gear. The hot tub was relaxing. We would stay here again.

The rental was perfect for our 10 person family snow trip. Property Manager called the day of check in to inform us the spa wasn't working which was nice of them. We didn't plan on using anyways. Parking garage won't fit large vehicles so you'll have to use the two open spots in the covered lot. I couldn't find the uncovered lot, but they had record snow so I think it was used to pile the snow on.

Overall, the property was great, and was as described. There were some maintenance items that we reported, that will hopefully be addressed. Nothing major, just scheduled thermostat changes, and tub draining. We were there during a blizzard, where power went out. It would be helpful to have flashlights on the property, but they were very responsive, even after hours. I would recommend the property.

This house was perfect for 10 friends for a ski/snowboard weekend! Clean, fully equipped, and cozy. Close to the village and short drive to the mountain. Can walk 10-15 minutes to a shuttle stop. Will definitely come back!

Great updated townhouse.
Great for two families. Location is perfect, very close to Eagle Lodge and close to Canyon and the Village. Beautiful forest view with no one behind the unit. Safe for the kids to run about. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could ask for. Kids loved the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again and especially if they update the televisions, complicated to say the least.

Mammath Blues Festival
We only ended up having 3 people come due to the fires in northern California so 3 others could not attend. The only comment we have is that the one bed on the main floor , the mattress is in need of being replaced badly. If the other folks could of attended due to the fire, they probably would have had to sleep on the couch. We were there early morning for breakfast and coffee, and late night after the concert. The unit was very comfortable. Thank you,

Great home
We spent Thanksgiving here and the home is plenty big with a nice bonus room downstairs next to the room with the bunk bed and trundle. Kids stayed downstairs and the adults upstairs. Kitchen stocked with all necessary tools. Lovely view of snow covered golf course. We even saw a bear one morning from the living room windows.

Nice Summer Family Getaway
This was a much needed and overdue summer getaway. We had a great time making memories with extended family and friends. There was plenty of space for everyone. There were a few things that needed attention which I brought up to management. Throughout our stay we had some questions, I called a couple times with no answer, left a message and no return call. It would have been helpful to have someone available to answer non urgent questions or concerns. The description of the home said it accommodates 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Two cars do not fit on the driveway, our group had SUVs and a large pickup truck. Only one small car would fit parallel parked in the driveway. Overall it’s a great place and look forward to renting again!

Comfy, large home near the slopes
We had a lovely time at the property and would love to return. The house is spacious and comfortable with good areas for kids to play while the adults relaxed. It is a 2 minute drive from the Village, so there is plenty for families to do, and it's very easy to get to the slopes.
Our only issue with the house was that it was not properly cleaned on arrival. There were remnants of snacks on the floor, on tables, etc, and insufficiently cleaned tub and shower. To management's credit, however, they promptly got a cleaning staff over and cleaned the unit, so our stay went smoothly after that.
Of note, there are three floors in the home, and getting to the main floor requires stairs, so do be aware if stairs are an issue.

Needs to be cleaned more
The location was excellent. The cleanliness of the house could of been better. We had to wear socks the floors were dirty and the table tops dirty. My son had found a lighter in the top bunk bed when he lied down. The bathroom shower off the kitchen was clogged it wouldn't drain immediately. We did enjoy the house and stay but have to be honest.

A beautiful home, perfect for a winter getaway with family or friends. Plenty of room for everyone, close to skiing, with a deck overlooking the woods and a covered hot tub for a post-winter sports dip. We'll definitely be back!

The house was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of games and other amenities to keep us entertained throughout our whole stay there. Overall great experience, and would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Not too far from the summit area, yet far enough where it felt like a nice little getaway from the business of living in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

lots of space!
We brought 9 guys for a bachelor party and there was plenty of space and beds and a great common area. You never know how comfortably a place will really accommodate a group that size, but we really enjoyed it. We had a minor problem with hot tub but the managment came out and fixed it first thing the next morning, which was awesome service and appreciated! Nice location on a golf course, nice garage for two cars, and centrally located in the Mammoth area. Definitely would stay here again with a big group!
