"Vienna Ring View" liegt auf der obersten 8. Etage eines Wohngebäudes aus den 60er Jahren mit herrlichem 360 Grad Blick auf die Innenstadt, den Kahlenberg und den Augarten. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei großzügige Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer, zwei exklusive Badezimmer und zwei große Balkonterrassen mit Panoramasauna und Whirlpool, außerdem über eine voll ausgestattete Poggenpohl-Küche mit Gaggenau-Geräten, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Toaster u.a. Die Bäder bieten Badewanne, WC, mit Dampfdusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sie werden außerdem verwöhnt mit Multimedia-Equipment (Sat, TV, Radio, W-LAN), zwei Arbeitsplätzen, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, wöchentlicher Reinigung. Ideal für 4 bis 6 Personen.

My family stayed at the Ring View apartment for a month; it was an excellent base for experiencing Vienna. The apartment is well-located, with grocery shopping and a bakery nearby, a tram stop at the corner, and the subway a short walk away. The Stephansplatz area and the Prater are a few subway stops away.
The pictures in the listing are accurate; the apartment is comfortable, luxurious, and well-equipped. In a hot summer, we were glad for the air conditioning and retractable shades over each balcony.
If we make another long-term visit to Vienna, we wouldn't hesitate to book the Ring View apartment again!

Perfection In Vienna
Our host was at extremely nice and helpful during check in. The location was wonderful and we had a beautiful view from the top floor. It was a perfect Christmas.

Stylish apartment, good location
Two couples enjoyed our weeklong stay in this stylish, comfortable apartment. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen amenities, the water pressure in the showers, the comfort of the beds, and of course the views. Small inconveniences—WiFi isn’t great in the bedrooms, and the elevator only takes three people, the heat is a bit finicky, but our host responded quickly to that issue. The 2 person hot tub and sauna were lovely, although it would have been nice to have another set of towels (bathrobes are provided). There is a grocery and bakery a few blocks away, and if you don’t want to walk the 6 or 7 minutes to the U2/U4/tram 1 station, there is even a tram 31 that is one minute away that takes you there (probably important in inclement weather). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Awesome
Nothing but wonderful things to say. Easy check in, location very close to subway station. Everything we could possibly think of was here. Cannot say enough about this place. It was so nice we often went home a little early to enjoy the sauna and other comforts of this property. What a great place.

The owner met us as planned and showed us around the breathtaking apartment and amenities. This place is located well and it was so easy to catch the underground or tram to go anywhere in the city. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for evening relaxation after a day touring the beautiful city of Vienna. We highly recommend this apartment for a couple or two visiting this fantastic city!

Perfect apartment in a great location
Our group of 4 stayed in Wilfried's fantastic apartment for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wilfried met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and explanation of all the amenities - the apartment is stunning with amazing appliances including a spa and sauna on the rear balcony. Vienna is a lovely city and Wilfried's apartment is perfectly placed to easily access the city being next to a tram stop and within easy walking distance of a U train station. We highly recommend the apartment for anybody wishing to experience Vienna. It was very easy to communicate with Wilfried via Homeaway and this certainly enabled us to enjoy our stay.

It is as beautiful as advertised!
The apartment is stunning. The owners have spared no expense in providing a first class experience. My only concern is the air conditioner. The apartment does have one wall unit but on a warm day it does not cool the bedrooms to a comfortable temperature. Fans are provided which help. We stayed in September when the temperature was an average of 75 degrees.

Apt was perfect location, size, furnishings, etc. It was an overall perfect and wonderful experience in Vienna. Dr. Seywald was an outstanding host who went the extra mile to make everything perfect. We highly recommend this property!!

Nice apartment at a great location
The apartment is very nice and clean. The location and view from the apartment is excellent. The owner personally greets you and show you the place at checkin. We have enjoyed our stay in this place.
The only comment I’ll make is about the air conditioner. It’s only in the living room and no air condition in the bedrooms. Bedrooms get warm and it could be a problem during summer heat. It would be nice to have a fan in the bedrooms.

Stylish and special
This is a generously sized apartment for you and your family in Vienna. In a great location with many transportation options, this apartment was a great headquarters for our family vacation in Vienna. This has to be the best equipped apartment we have every stayed in. There is a gorgeous kitchen to do all the cooking you need. Beds and linens are all high quality and comfortable. The host was both extremely professional and warm, friendly and helpful. Pre-arrival communications were clear and he was there to greet is upon arrival. Can recommend this apartment or Vienna enough!

First Class Accomodations
Every detail of this apartment is well thought out, you will want for nothing. Close to public transportation and easy to get around to all the sites. Communication was professional, detailed and timely. The apartment is light and bright. Would highly recommend. Loved the jacuzzi after a long day of site seeing. Thankful for AC, awnings and window shades to keep us cool.

Great place to stay
The apartment was really great. No complaints at all. Stylish, well equipped and comfortable. Host was really helpful. Whirlpool and sauna were lovely after a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend. And if we come back to Vienna would book again.
