View was lovely but really if you pay for a view room you should get what you pay for. In addition, 99% of hotels in the Amalfi coast will have great views.

The location was terrible! Not close to anything for walking - it’s too far from Sorrento and the nearest town has very little to offer. It’s not safe to walk from either. Noisy highway. The bathrooms / hallways / restaurant very dated - the cleanliness is great however. Not enough staff at the pool - and no towels to be had. The front staff didn’t speak any English - the lobby check in area isn’t very welcoming- not at all what is advertised! The breakfast was not good at all! Rotten eggs/ poor fruit … was extremely disappointed

All of the hotel! The restaurant was very good. The pool barman was very nice, but could use help during the rush times. We thought the hotel was very comfortable and it felt like home to us. And the view was great!

Balcony overlooking the coast, rooftop restaurant and pool with great view. Rooms well finished. Onsite parking. Would definitely revisit.

There is some road noise but didint interrupt our sleep.

Fantastic view, comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly staff. we were with a car and hotel have a parking, otherwise you have to use a bus which is just outside the hotel. The restaurant is also very good.

The room with a sea view was disappointing as the road is very noisy and busy. As a result you can’t go out on the balcony and we had three very bad nights sleep

Breakfast was so good! Lots to choose from, very fresh and they had eggs! Restaurant staff and cleaning staff were exceptional. Beautiful hotel, not far from Sorrento by bus. I’d recommend the boat tour to Capris from the hotel. It was truly amazing!!

It was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. it was clean and staff was nice.

It was very convenient if you have a car. But location is not close to any main area or restaurants but there is a bus that goes to Sorrento main piazza every 30 minutes. I personally thought it won’t be a problem but the in the evening time or after a tiring day you want things convenient.But if you have a car the you should not have a problem. Also, I think breakfast buffet could use improvement. I have had better buffets in other hotels. their coffee machine can be new and they need to top food right away.

the location and the view point. very sophisticated

breakfast is monotonous. and the dinner is way too costly. and if you reach at night then there is no option other than having dinner in the hotel. the hotel still uses keys to get into the room. it is required to submit the key once you go out of the hotel during your stay. they told me on the last day which I did not liked as no one told me in beginning. breakfast is very monotonous but I think that’s through out Italy in around 4 star or equivalent accommodation. the key issue which I don’t like is since I opted for a room for the view I was provided the 2nd floor next to main Rood. so though out the night you have to face the public transport sound which will not allow you to sleep. if you close the room, it is very suffocating. not sure if the temperature control worked .

The Bellavista Francischiello Hotel & Spa it totally deserves its name! A very nice and cosy hotel with friendly staff, amazing view from the room, nice spa, clean room and very good food. The breakfast had a various selection and also the food at the restaurant was very tasty. The SPA access was available based on reservation and we enjoyed the dry an wet sauna and the pool. I definitely recommend !

The location is incredibly misleading. We had to pay $40 taxi to find hotel because limited info re: bus until we had arrived. Information in advance for guests would be extremely beneficial.

Waiting for the bus on hot days wasn't fun, better to have a scooter or car if you're staying here but bus is doable to get around.

This boutique hotel is a gem, with STUNNING views of Capri right outside your balcony door! Massa Lubrense is located a quick 15-min bus ride south of Sorrento, but there's not really a "town" there, per se. Luckily, the bus for Sorrento stops right outside the front door and it’s only 1,80€ to ride, which was amazing! Only downside was the cost for a taxi from Sorrento if you stay out past when the bus stops running - is about 40€ one way! The staff is phenomenal, especially at the front desk. The rooms are cute with amazing views, and have the best A/C in Europe, I swear. The rooftop pool was fabulous, complete with a bar that serves until early evening! The restaurant on site is also wonderful, which was a delight for two weary travelers looking for some good food just downstairs.

Shower is TEENY, not sure how a larger person would fit! It was tough being two 6' tall Americans. That was the only thing we didn't love about our room. Another weird thing to mention, you had to rent pool towels, which seemed like a weird thing to not provide for guests? Also, the towels smelled terrible (like rank body odor) so we ended up buying our own in town and using those instead.

The best thing about the hotel is the amazing view of Capri. But the other features of the hotel are nice too: staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfy and clean, the bar and rooftop pool were great. The breakfast was nice and the meals at lunch and dinner were very good.

The hotel is by a busy road and in the evening you can hear the traffic (we couldn't keep the balcony's door open oven the night). Also, the road doesn't have any sidewalk, so you kind of depend of a car or bus to get anywhere.

Good location and amazing view of Capri! All the staff were very accommodating with trips, transfers and general enquiries. Breakfast was nice and the food in the restaurant for dinner was also great. Rooftop pool was super relaxing and would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lots of Road noise, could not sit out on the balcony. Massage ok, but was not what I requested. Think she only knew how to do one type of massage, relax, but I wanted something for sure muscles.
