It was pretty but that's about it

The place had dust all over and hadn't been deep cleaned. The wall literally had layers of dust as well as the ceiling which gave me constant discomfort to breathe. Abdallah was genuinely trying to help but Mr firas and Mohammed were both pretty stuck up and I have never seen a 5 star this expensive with such low standards. Out shower didn't have hot water. they came to fix it and it had hot water when they came but later again back to cold. all of us ended up with cold showers. Worse 5 star ever. Nothing was offered for our bad experience except a room change which made no sense cuz we were only there for only night and had a few hours to check out . Fancy chandeliers isnt all that defines a 5 star. Can't believe I paid so much and had to deal with the typical Saudi stuck up attitude. Traveled around the world but the most unwelcoming we're Saudis unfortunately. Shame

I was expecting a level close to other Narcissus hotels. The reception wasn’t professional enough and whenever I call the front desk, no body pick up the phone. Also, no shisha is available at the place which is odd!!

Everything was perfect, the decorating in the room The jacuzzi, honestly my wife and i were surprised when we saw the hotel

The location and design

The room is not clean and not fully equipped. I asked for some things like iron, room shoes, etc. In addition, when we asked the reception, I had to call more than once so that I could be served at the acceptable time There was no application of the laws of photography, which I saw disturbing me and my family I have visited the resort twice and I don't think I will visit again
