It was very good, we were just a bit unlucky because previous guest Brooke the bathroom glass and they didn’t had time to replace, other than that was perfect. To park we got a good spot close to the Cathedral where we could bring the luggage easily.

Amazing location, building and rooms full of old world charm, yet very clean, well appointed and super comfortable. Staff was terrific and cared about our pleasant stay.

Modern clean ensuite room in the historic old town of Evora. Excellent location. Good wifi.
Window to the street outside.

We stayed only one night, and the room was more than fine. The receptionist was very nice with us, even if we arrived veeery late. We found the room clean and tidy. About the location, it is in the heart of the city, so, amazing!
Nothing to say to be very honest. IT would be unfair from our side

Good price and central location. Friendly staff.
The bed! Perhaps the most uncomfortable mattress ever. Very lumpy with springs poking into me. Noise from neighbouring buildings at 3 am. Bathroom has seen better days. Bit grotty. No PowerPoint that worked near bed. Had to charge using bathroom one . Lack of guest kitchen despite there being mention of one. There's just a microwave and kettle. No desk in bedroom. Not sure if I'd have found the room I actually booked any better. Apparently it had a problem so I was moved to another property owned by same hosts.

Old furniture worn out like a granny house. Uncomfortable beds

Liked ensuite generous sized room. Communal area with microwave and coffee machine. Outside balcony with tables and chairs. Location just off main square - lovely.
Nothing. All good.

We were transfered to other accommodation because of some technical problem with the room in the last moment (few hours before arrival). I see that it happened several times in reviews already, so it might be a trick. That other one was worse, just room with 3 beds and bathroom. No compensation was offered, but since it was last minute info, we had no other choice as we arrived around 9pm.

Room was adequate, staff very friendly and helpful
I was moved to alternative accommodation due to a technical issue, but the alternative was equally acceptable.

-The staff were nice, it was fairly clean
-The room ( room 8) in the second floor was very cold , the window above my head leeked too much breeze and made it worse
- It was very humid , to the point where the sheets/ bed felt wet and the walls had humidity traces
- The heater didnt heat the room and kept turning off
- Not enough pillows ( very flat , not comfortable )

Location, location, location!
Free tea to make with water boiler in common space.
Friendly staff.
Wifi spotty
Did not see place to hang towels in bathroom.
No fan or window for bathroom because it did get “damp” smell after use.

Really nice and friendly staff. There was even tea for free availible in the lobby. Place is very central but also quiet. Could sleep very well even with concert at the square, as windows close very good.
Nothing!

I am not sure if I was in Burgos because I was transferred to the other facility.
I did not like that I do not have access to the bathroom outside my room to fill cattle with water to make tea. I had to go to my room on the other level to do it. No room service that might change towels, no place to dry the towel instead of room service

The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The staff was very welcoming and the location is exceptional.

The room is good and is in the center of the city.
Not possible to trust, 2 non-valuable things disapepeared, 1 fake colar (4 euros) that appeared to be gold and was saved inside a little box, 1 souvenir i bought in Evoramonte (7 euros), not enoughf to present charge or the headache that it will be, just keep in mind that your stuff can simply disapear.

Location and price are the only 2 pros, unfortunately everything else is a con.
This is the noisiest building/place I have ever stayed in. If you're a super sound sleeper then u should be fine. Walls are not insulated, paper thin so you hear everything from other units, outside, the cleaning staff yelling/talking with each other from opposite rooms. Again the only thing good is the location and the price, but I would have preferred to pay more to have more comfortable lodgings. Live n learn!

Nice guest-house right in the centre of Évora. The person receiving us was very nice. It's nice they offer complimentary tea and coffee (of course breakfast would be better)
Looks way better on the photos. The walls looked bad, from infiltrations /humidity. A quick paint before the summer would have been nice. The window door to the balcony was broken so we got all the noise from the street and were kept awake most of the night by some drunken guys downstairs (not the guesthouse's fault but something to bear in mind).
