Great location, nice and clean and lovely helpful host.

Mattresses are a bit hard and you can feel every spring but nothing a few mattresses toppers can’t sort!

The property was perfect for what I needed, clean spacious and enough rooms for all that were staying. Also free parking, this is not common in Eastbourne streets 😁. The property was also within a minutes walk to get to the seafront (big bonus). Mostly the host was very accommodating, even after a couple of complications (on my end) sorry Evee 😁. Evee was also very good at either answering her phone or quickly responding if she missed a call #mumlife 😁.

The flat was very spacious, perfect location, very clean & the kitchen was very well equipped. Check in was a breeze, had an absolutely lovely stay here

Fabulous place! We loved it here. Evee messaged before we arrived and kept communication throughout our stay. The flat is over two floors. It is very spacious and exceptionally clean! There were slippers (disposable), soap bars, bottles of shampoo and body wash and towels in the bedrooms for us as well as brand new bottles of soap, hand sanitizer and Fairy washing up liquid. The flat had everything we needed. There were several local shops nearby including a Coop and a Sainsbury's, plus a great pub called The Marine, not too far away (about 10 min walk).

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that's just being picky. Everything was fabulous.

Very very clean and very very nice place for holiday.
