The rooms were provided with the usual items that are required - hairdryer, kettle etc....

Should train your online customer service to be more proactive. Wrote to them twice and enquired on whether the rooms come with hair dryer - both times my queries were ignored. It does not take much time to respond to a simple yes or no.

Cute and funky hotel theme, very family friendly. Beds were huge and very comfortable. Had a great night's sleep!

We were checked into a room that was far away from the main hotel lobby. Had to walk through a long walkway and into another building which only had one tiny lift and everyone had to keep waiting for that same lift so that was a bummer. Walls of the room also had what looked like blood stains so that really took points away for me.

Kiosk check in....not a customer focus experience. Never seen similar before. Not real user friendly, didn't recognise the Booking Number, from the outset. Charged as tourists, even though both have Work Permit residency and pay tax (IE: Not tourists) For $194 for one night, is more aligned to several family people sharing. Room was such a very long way across in the Valley wing from hotel foyer, and was like a rabbit warren to find room, to find foyer and to commence exploring from (This is definitely not evident when research rooms and Hotel site) and maps. Same applies for the car park and transit luggage to and from?? Rooms above were so loud and noisy through floor and in corridors, from 11pm to 2 pm, and again from 6am on, could hear all jumping around above, voices throughout and minimal sleep had by us. Foyer area always busy, very noisy

Kids friendly playground and selfie spots. My boy loves playing the slide and the design was baby safe. The staffs were very helpful, explaining the best options we could have for two rooms that I have booked. The toilets were clean too. Kudos to the team!

The soundproof of room could be better. There was a little stain on the bedsheet, but overall cleanliness is good.

No air condition! Can't imagine how it feels during summer. The ventilation vent in the corridor is very noisy. The room has a strong smell of rennovtion. So we requested to change room which somewhat improved. Quite a bit of walk, 10mins, to casino and main food outlets.

Overall was clean, staff was really friendly. They were thoughtful and switched rooms for old parents so they don’t have to walk too far to the newer valley wing. WiFi and room view is ok.

There was no hand soap, so we used the bath gel. The chrome coating from the hair dryer was peeling and there was some dust near to outside the fan coil, so we dust it off before using. TV resolution is not clear, watchable with some fine lines

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was close to the places we wanted to go to so it made it very convenient. The toilet, too, was very nice and clean. All in all, it was a pretty good stay. Would come back here in the future!

everything! literally everything! we suffered so much from our previous hotel in other country, and then when we got here, everything was so pleasantly comfortable and clean!!! worth every penny, plus my son love the place so much! will definitely recommend this hotel! you get what you see and booked!
