The size for the room

The breakfast service was too bad and fixed menue

The suite was comfortable and of a good size. Was conveniently located. in room facilities were great.

The breakfast was a poor substitute for this good a property. Room Service was non-existent.

trainees could have been trained to understand better as I was told that there is no booking under my name upon being guided to the self-check in. and was guided to bag deposit when we asked where we can get the refund on the deposit. the tone from the trainee kind of ruin our day.

Breakfast since is semi buffet style, choices were not that great. Could have provide with a full buffet style. Taste is overall good.

The parking at the hotel premise, the cashless system was down. Had a little hiccup during the entrance and exit at carpark.

We booked two suites and they are luxurious with walk-in wardrobe and exclusive TV in front of bath tub.

The location was less than ideal. While the walk to the main sky avenue is walkable, it is not advisable for older ppl who has either leg prob or stamina to walk back and forth everyday. When I arrived, the 2 suite given was on different floors despite making the booking together. Upon request, they only managed to put me on the same floor but rooms were separated, and they can’t make good the following day as well, giving reason that all rooms were full. Refrigerator in the room not working and took awhile to change. I needed that to store the milk for my little one. Lastly, the gym was a common one share with the Grand, so I had to walk a bit to reach there. Unlikely for me to return given these factors, but younger ones who don’t mind walking a bit can still go for it.

Comfortable stay and excellent hospitality. Staff are friendly!

They had a problem with the TV, we couldn't switch the TV off, and the technician who serviced us had to come back and forth over 7 times. I was trying to put my kid to bed, but they kept disturbing us because they couldn't resolve a simple problem.
