Hotel a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, personale molto gentile, colazione inclusa semplice ma buona.

Belle chambre avec un beau déco, chambre très propre, service de ménage tous les jours donc propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner très délicieux, parking privé, sécurisé. Personnel très sympathique, à la réception, au restaurant, au parking… Hôtel bien placé pour visiter San Cristóbal, pour moi, c’est la plus belle ville du Mexique ! Nous y reviendrons (à San Cristóbal et à l’hôtel Mansion del Valle!)

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! The chefs and staff at the restaurant were so nice and friendly too.
We liked our double beds. Comfortable mattresses and the sheets and blankets and comforters were very nice.

It is a nice hotel in a pretty good location about 4 blocks from lots of restaurants and shops. The service was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Some of the restaurant staff could have been better but one lady in the mornings was super good.

Hotel is in an easily accessible location from the ADO bus station and close to the centre of San Cristobal. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant has a good selection of decently priced tasty breakfasts and quick bites. Room was clean and comfortable, the hotel itself is also really pleasant and has a nice rooftop terrace. Highly recommend!

The hotel property is lovely. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room accommodations are clean and neat. Great main street balcony views of the church and the city.
The bathrooms are tiny, especially the tight closed-in shower space. If you are a more prominent larger person, please make a note of that. I recommend the hotel remove the sliding glass doors and install shower curtains.

Location is very good, close to main interesting areas, good to have parking lot, breakfast is clean and good but with very few options to choose, room is clean and good.

We had food poisoning from our previous Hostel so we fled into this Hotel. Everything work well and check-in very easy and fast. We could even check-in earlier which was amazing. The room was very very cold but they had sufficient blankets, but sadly not much sunlight in the room. The staff was very nice and made us some veggie soup and brought us banana - a little pricey but ok :)
The Hotel is not good isolated and very noisy, you hear everything what's happening in the Hotel or what people say, that was very uncomfortable cause we didn't feel like we had any privacy.

This is a colonial type building with charm and beauty with multiple sitting area one being a small library. Pride is seen through with obi opus upkeep and superior cleanliness.
This is no heat or a/c, but I must say it was one of my favorite hotel stays in recent memory.
