Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The ensuite bathroom was spacious, clean and also well-appointed. The restaurant was first class; the wine list and the food were outstanding, as were the serving staff - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The receptionist at the front of house was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. All in all a great stay, highly recommended and well worth another visit. The breakfast was plentiful and well laid out. A great start to the day..

It was not immediately clear where the reception was and although the location was not extensive, I did have to walk around to find the right place to check-in.

We had two rooms as we are a family of five. The large room was very nice with a beautiful view from the window. The breakfast was also very good and great selection. My daughter and I had a massage at the spa and that was great!

In the large family room the jacuzzi bath was out of service. When we asked reception when it would be fixed we were informed that the technician comes on Monday (our stay was from Fri-Sun). The TV in the room only had German TV channels and we were unable to use Chrome. Parking was challenging as spaces are limited. There is a coffee machine in the large room that seemingly didnt work. We asked at reception to get help on this but this did not materialize. The reception is supposed to be open from 7-9pm but often we had to call from the phone at reception as noone was there. The spa area looks like it is unfinished cause wires are still hanging down from the ceilings without light shades. We missed an indoor swimming pool in the spa. The shower in our 2nd room was rather small. It would be nice to have a floor rug in the shower/bathrooms especially for the cold winter season. On Friday evening I had dinner at the restaurant with my daughter after our massage. The food took far too long to come to our table by which time my daughter was too tired and almost fell asleep and didnt eat her dinner. Not all staff spoke English.

The hotel is in a very nice country side. Quite and good atmosphere. Parking had charging for our E-tron. We had a superior room and it was very nice. For ex a terass to the garden. The dinner was fantastic. Service , taste etc. Great breakfast. Can recommend this hotel.

Very spacy room and a balcony door entering into a beatiful garden. The breakfast was good, but Would say it was not in the same level as the rest of the hotel and the level of staff. Very good service by the staff.

No airconditioning, but with window open was alright. The car charging stations didn’t work.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is set beautifully in the countryside and the surroundings are picturesque. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together which meant they started to glide apart, and the mattresses felt like they leaned a little to the side.
