Very close (walkable distance) to the airport terminal (I arrived very late and left very early) but you don't hear the planes (double windows). Helpful staff

Honestly, there is nothing at the hotel to like. It's a below average hotel with bad rooms, old infrastructure and not so clean room.
Only thing was location which was pretty close to the airport
I booked for breakfast included with room tariff but they mentioned it was not there. May be technical issue with booking. Also for the room size, quality of living, furniture etc, they charge 3 times higher than what they offer. I recommend review again for their status. The food quality at the restaurant was also much below average and charges were sky rocketing. I would give a 1 or max 2 for them. Three months back I stayed at holiday inn express at the same price per night. This is nowhere near even to that hotel but charges and tariff are same.

The sheets were clean. The bathroom is small and dingy. Breakfast is average. The dal given with poori sucks. Overall a very average hotel. The pictures are misleading

Room was clean and comfortable. Location very good if you have to catch an early morning flight the next day from kolkata airport.
We ordered lunch and dinner from hotel restaurant on the first day of stay, which were good.
The breakfast experience in the next morning was horrible. My breakfast was included in the hotel price as per booking.com. But at the time of breakfast the staff was denying for any breakfast included in the price of hotel. They called me twice in the morning to the reception to verify their system that the breakfast in included in the price. This all hassle happed after I ordered the breakfast and it took around one and half hours to get the breakfast after I ordered. Also the quality of breakfast was horrible.. I believe they deteriorated the quality of food for the fact that it was for free.

Staff was so kind and ready to be in help and guidance..just because the staff treated me well does not mean i had a pleasant stay...only thing i liked in the hotel is the STAFF of the hotel who is supportive and helpfull anytime of the visit..
Wifi connection was so interrupted...i had to take leave due to connectivity issues...the shower did not have hot water facility..with this money i could have got a better place..did not expect places be like this from booking.Com..booking.com should literally look to offer best places irrespective of the price...like guests like who are ready to throw money for a comfortable stay...the price of this kinds of hotels should be shown cheaper so that people who deserve more would not even look for such places..for a black tea-boiled water with a tea bag in it with some sugar was costing 40rs plus GST...i would happily give if i had a luxurious room to stay...with a below average room facility they charge like a starred hotel...if at all they have 3 stars i would like to cut one star off from it.
