They were supposed to arrange a pre wedding hair appointment for my partner and when we arrived at the venue it was closed - not ideal. Also we were not in a room with a Bospherus view sadly. Also mini bar prices were outrageous!!!!

Room sizes are good

Art ie pictures are very poorly chosen and takes away from the experience At every place the art work is lacking. They should all be removed. From the rooms, bathrooms, lobby area, reception area everywhere even the spa area Art is meant to be pleasant and inspirational clearly this art is to avoid visiting the hotel ever again. Be wary and ask every single item charge Also to note turkiye wants tourists but the people in charge ie tourist police don't want tourists so if your wallet is stolen or worse expect no help whatsoever ever. Maslak is different than sultanahmet where crime is rife From grand Bazar and spice Bazar expect the unexpected Rather stay in the better areas like maslak and visit cavahir mall etc staying away from being a target You are entering a land of almost the wilderness among the million beautiful things take care when dealing with all people At the hotel they can not assist you nor have a proper link to security etc and in turkiye the cctv is clearly a secret and they don't use it to catch criminals its probably used to target tourists as the police are unconcerned about tourists even their own people So the police are lacking too but the art is distasteful.

Clean, nice big rooms, nice view of downtown Istanbul.

Desk staff can barely speak English, very slow checkin, disorganized and unprofessional. Poor location in the business district on a busy highway.
