We stayed at Benedita's house over the Easter holidays. We were a group of 8 - ranging in age from 80 to 3 - and everyone loved it. The house: Benedita's house was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It is composed of two parts: a main house with a kitchen, living/dining room, and two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). Then there is a second smaller house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two parts are separated by a private patio. There is also a second patio with a dining table, and a wonderful roof terrace. The kitchen had anything you may need to cook, BBQ and even bake if you are so inclined! Overall just perfect. Prainha Village: We loved all the green spaces and the fact that the beach was just a few minutes walk away from the house - accessible through stairs or an elevator in the rocks! There is a little playground that the kids enjoyed. The pools were beautiful although unheated so too cold (at least for us!) in April. There are different options of cafes and restaurants - we enjoyed both the Canico and Miss Pasta - they both have many healthy and vegetarian options. There are also cafes that serve light/fast meals - and of course ice-cream! All the staff at Prainha was very helpful and friendly. Overall this is highly recommended and we hope to be back next year!

The stay in this resort is part of our annual vacations with friends and children, it was the eighth year. This particular house was very clean, and really well equipped, offered plenty of space for the eleven (six adults and five children) of us. The villa is ideally located in the resort, with direct access to the beautiful beach Três Irmãos and Prainha through a private elevator, it is really very good. Thank you Benedita! We really enjoyed our stay in your house and will definitely come back next year.

This was our first trip to Portugal and one of the best and most relaxing vacations we ever had. The villa is part of a bigger complex with well maintained lawns and gardens, a shopping facility and some restaurants nearby. The two appartments were very well equipped, created a comfortable atmosphere and offered plenty of space for the six of us. Every double bedroom had its separate bathroom. The charming outside (roof top) terrace provides great views to the sea and is a nice place to chillout or cool down after a perfect day at the seaside. With direct access to the beautiful beach Três Irmãos and Prainha we found the perfect place and surroundings for an unforgettable family holiday. Thank you Benedita! We loved our stay at Benedita's Villa in the Algarve! Benedita is a pleasure to deal with, easy to connect with and gives great advice on visiting the area. The villa has been freshly renovated and painted and is appointed with comfortable beds, new linens, new bathroom fixtures, etc. There is a good size, well equipped cooks kitchen, a washing machine and an outdoor courtyard with clothes line (and sunshine to dry your clothes!). The outdoor dining area is charming and private and the roof top terrace with view of the sea is fabulous! And then you discover that you are steps from the most magnificent secluded beach and coastline with sweeping views and gorgeous sunsets! (better than in the photos!) Added bonus ...there are a few shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the property...and the lovely village of Alvor is a short drive or a leisurely walk from Prainha Village. We were six adults and it was great that each room had it's own bathroom. We all had a most relaxing and wonderful week at this beautiful Villa! Thank you Benedita!

Esta moradia encontra-se situada no coração do empreendimento mesmo junto à piscina, praia e restaurante "O Caniço".Encontra-se muito bem equipada e decorada com muito bom gosto. Devido ao facto de ter apenas um piso é ideal para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e famílias com crianças. Tem uma magnifica vista sobre o relvado principal e o mar. A destacar a simpatia e disponibilidade da proprietária. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir !!!

Casa muito agradável, muito bem localizada e bem equipada. O apoio do proprietário foi excelente. Recomendo esta propriedade essencialmente a quem tenha crianças ou queira ter umas férias tranquilas em familia.

We holidayed here with my Parents, Brother's family and our three children. The apartment was excellently presented and very well equipped with everything we needed. It's position is excellent, a 5 minute walk to the Pool which is secure for the children and there is even a lift down to the beach, and a shop nearby for supplies. The owner was very helpful in organising everything we needed. In short we had a great time and will hopefully be booking again next year.

Sem dúvida que se trata de uma casa com uma ótima localização, muito acolhedora, uma decoração que nos faz sentir estarmos na "nossa" casa de férias. Á chegada percebe-se que há um especial cuidado em receber bem o cliente, de te tal forma que nos sentimos mais convidados do que clientes. A casa está mutissimo bem equipada, com um ótimo nível de limpeza. Recomendaria este imóvel a um amigo ou familiar. A envolvente em que se enquadra esta casa é maravilhosa, tendo ao seu dispor todas as infraestruras do aldeamente, destacando-se a piscina oceanica, e o fácil acesso a praia através de elevador. O proprietário prestou um excelnte serviço pelo que, aconselha-se vivamente!

Met het gehele gezin 6vowassenen en 2 kinderen van een heerlijke vakantie genoten in alvor. Een fantastisch huis, 4 slaapkamers allen met eigen badkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken, ruime woonkamer. Het huis ligt aan een groen grasveld, 2grote terrassen met een heerlijke grote eettafel voor 10 personen. Fijne BBQ.Het huis ligt aan een prachtig strand (de zee te zien vanaf het terras).twee heerlijke zwembaden ( een bekroond als de mooiste van Europa). Het stadje alvor op ongeveer 10 minuten met auto of goedbetaalbare taxi.Heerlijke eethuisjes goed betaalbaar in alvor.een aanrader dus dit huis.
