O atendimento humanizado via telefone e whatsapp foi um grande diferencial, pois foi um excelente atendimento.

Gostei da localização, acesso fácil a vários pontos de São Paulo

Não recomendo para quem leva pet, fomos avisados após tentativas de contato com o local e após a reserva , que seria cobrado uma taxa quase igual ao valor da diária para levar uma cachorrinha de raça pequena. Nos sentimos até intimidadas ao ser enfatizado que na saída seria avaliado o apartamento em busca de danos causados. Normalmente mesmo sem pet, já esperamos isso, porém enfatizar isso ,após termos reclamado da taxa, fomos obrigadas a tirar fotos de todos os danos prévios a entrada com receio de ser cobradas depois. Então tal dor de cabeça não sei se valeria a pena novamente.

O apto tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha como pratos e afins, mas fizemos refeições simples e rápidas.

Localização e vaga de garagem

Pedi acomodação para 2 adultos e 1 criança, mas o sofá-cama era de péssima qualidade e não pôde ser usado nem para sentar, quanto mais para dormir. A roupa de cama parecia que havia sido usada por um hóspede anterior e não foi trocada.

I arrived very late and night and the door person had the keys and was friendly and helpful.

The check-in and communication was very poor. This is not a professional business. If I wanted to rent out someone‘s apartment, I would have booked through airbnb. No reception, no one to speak English to, no possibility to leave the luggage after check out. Don’t understand why this listing is on Booking.com ..

The place was nice, good location and nice view. We used the kitchen everyday The pools outside is nice and the public transport is easily accessible

We were 3 people and got only 2 pillows and 2 blankets - we were luck to have a blanked from home For the whole stay we had to use the same towels, could be nice to change towels every now and then The booking says the place has a washing machine but to use it we had to pay for machine tokens which was hard to achieve because the host didn’t really know English so it was hard to communicate

Location is pretty smooth, close to couple of bars but far from crowd.

Check in was pain in the neck. As this not a hotel, you need to send your passport copy to the owner via whattsup. It is actually a serious breach of privacy as you wouldnt know where your copy would end. It is also communicated only after booking confirmation. i had to wait close to 2 hours. Security would make you feel safe though each time when you need to enter the appartment hall, you are going through the same check. Quite tiring in the middle of the night. Also communication was in Portugese and i found this quite ridiculous.

The location of the apartment is very good.

The appliances are quite bad. The shower is not that warm and the man that talks to the customer tries to make the guest responsible for everything that goes wrong.

Great, modern apt, well appointed, safe and secure. Great base to see the fab city of São Paulo.

air con was a pain and didn’t work properly.

The place was very clean and cozy. It is a small studio and nice balcony facing the building facing the other commercial building.

Tha air conditioning never work despite the host responded and sent a technician to repair the air confitioning. As well the washroom did not have a place to put the soap, the shampoo and other things. The pictures look biger that whta really the space is.

The building is nice. Location is really good. The flat itself is good too. Just need a little make over.

Flat had not been cleaned properly. Cleabing during a pandemic has to be spot on and it was far from it. Freezer part of the fridge, was completely blocked with ice as if it hadnt been cleaned for ages. The fridge was also dirty. Cable tv didnt work at all. Furniture a bit worn-out. Communicated everything with the person in charge, he responded promptly and tried to fix the above. The problem was that when I asked him how much would be for one more night, he tried to overcharge me. He had the opportunity to redeem the car crash that was the apartment when i first got there with all the problems above and he didnt. Made it worst.
