Only 2 hangers in wardrobe, no toilet roll holder, broken shower head holder, broken tin opener, tv only had 3 watchable channels, hardly any kitchen utensils, kitchen sink taps labelled wrong way round (big surprise at first)

The flat wasn’t clean, there was dust & dirt all over the skirting boards, the extractor in the bathroom was filthy dirty, door hanging off boiler cupboard, walls all marked and dirty, checking in we were given flat 1 which was dirty we were then given flat 5 which in entering was occupied which was highly embarrassing Once painted & maintained & cleaned this will be a 10/10 experience

Quiet warm comfortable in a great location near street markets, restaurants and bars.

As usual in such apartments, the kitchen could be more usefully and generously equipped, and some simple instructions for the telly would be handy

Location was good

Bathrooms were dirty, bathroom door hanging off and dangerous, mould in the showers, mould on the bathroom walls, paint bubbling on the bathroom wall, shower door wouldn’t close and generally apartments were not well maintained

Location, facilities, cleanliness, local restaurants facilities, close to tube stations and a ten minute walk to the city of London.

great location. my second time here and I plan to return. large apartment with a nice kitchen.

one day there was a water leak from the apartment above mine. no big deal, it stopped as soon as the tenant returned home.

I have never had such a bad experience with a provider. DO NOT book this unless you are happy uploading your id to some random website prior to arrival.

After trying to talk to the people running, I was hung up on multiple times, and then lied to after I was told they would cancel the reservation for free which they didn't do.

The house is relatively well located and the apartment is spacious.

For a long stay, I don't like it, because there is no one who can help you if you need Limpiesa in the apartment, the bathroom does not have a shelf to put your things, the closet is very old, the drawers fall off and it does not have a good division. It is not well equipped, there is no vacuum cleaner, the kitchen did not have tablecloths to clean or dry, there were no taps for the dishwasher.

Cheap spring mattress, uncomfortable bed. Shower head broken, poor shower. Location was not where advertised (old street) but just about reachable (at City Thameslink)

Most of the visble apartment surfaces had been cleaned very well. The heating was effective. The kitchen was useful. The building is handy for local shops/eating and it is only 5-10 mins walk from Old Street underground station.

Well look, the apartment is definitely 'as shown' in the photos and it was at the 'cheaper-end' of the availability specturm when we booked, so it wouldn't be fair to over-criticise the maintenance and equipment too much. However, whilst generally clean, the apartment itself and the furniture are ready for a bit of refresh and repair. The facilities are 'adequate'. The TV is not Smart/WiFi capable, so has limited viewing options. Perhaps the black mould covering the Dish Washer racks and the jammed waste trap in the Kitchen Sink (preventing it being filled with water) were the two most fundamental and unacceptable defects we found. It was also disappointing to be given 5 x WiFi Hotspots and Passwords to choose from, only to find 3 no longer transmitting/visible on our devices, 1 with no Router connection to the Internet and the last one with extremely limited bandwidth/speed. Clearly this apartment is provided on a tight Budget, which the owner may argue is reflected in the lower price. Not a problem for us, but, be aware of 7 flights of stairs to the top floor flat.

Being asked to send our private information to a company that wasn't registered with the ICO (until we mentioned it) and the data storage company was American and it was unclear whether they were GDPR compliant

they are thieves, I've been waiting for more than 11 days for £500 that I paid as an insurance deposit and they don't give me back

everything, they have rude receptionists, they are dishonest, they didn't inform the rules before the book, i couldn't invite anyone to visit me during the stay, i felt like i was in a prison, they told me that if i invited someone, they would withhold the safe deposit, in the end they stole my money

The check-in process is awful - I had to submit several lots of documents before arriving (a right pain as I only booked a few days before). Then I was told I would be emailed the keysafe code before 4pm but I wasn't - I had to call them several times and sit on hold until I got through to someone. It's not a great service for someone traveling with work and staying for only one night. Also there were no tea bags - only a few sachets of instant coffee. Leaving a few tea bags in the kitchen with the coffee shouldn't be that difficult.

They changed the Old st booking to the one they have in Shorditch because I didn’t like the £500 deposit to be taken and it’s a new, better property which I liked very much

I didn’t get to the property near Old street station at the end so nothing to say
