The free shuttle was nice to have available.
Our first room had mold in the Ac/heater unit, along with mold/ water damage on the wall by the window. We also got locked out of this room when we went back to get our luggage out to move to our new room. They had to break into the room. Then the second room I got stuck in the bathroom because the door was broken. Maintenance was able to fix the issue and was very nice about it.
We also had loud people above us the whole time. Stomping on the floor.
I was not asked how my stay was when we checked out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was a nice touch. I liked the large shower.
Breakfast was hit or miss. The hash browns were raw but the eggs were good. Unfortunately the food was not being refilled as needed. The coffee ran out. The eggs ran out. The bread and bagels ran out.
When we went to our room the trash was not emptied and we had only 1 set of towels, with no bath mat. We were given more immediately. The bath mat was an issue because as soon as I turned on the shower, the water went all over the floor. However the shower was clean.

the elevator was a loud sound like it needed maintenance staff sucked asking for two extra pillows and went to the front desk lady said to have someone bring them to your room, called two hours later lady cant bring them she was only one working! The next day ask the housekeeping lady she said we don't have extra pillows well my wife and I have back problems also fire alarm was beeping where our neighbor put it in the hall I guess they wouldn't put a battery in it that's very unsafe and you can't find two extra pillows. We stayed three days not very helpful poor customer service....

It was dirty floors beds bathroom can’t believe how that place is in business. They booked our room out to people that just showed up. We had our room booked and paid for a month in advance

Walls were filthy in our room. Bathroom door is just a slider that didn’t lock. Very awkward for 3 adults sharing the room.

The check in was so easy. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were huge. It was near the airport and I would absolutely stay there again.
Everything was great except the breakfast. There was no coffee, nearly all the food was gone and there were still 2 hours left before Breakfast was over. There were plenty of staff sitting in another room but none seemed to care about the fact the breakfast was empty.

I liked the room and the bed was comfortable.
The store only offered unhealthy snacks/foods. Processed food. The menu to order out were three pizza places. I suppose I could have looked up local Uber eats. The early morning flights to the west coast leave before the breakfast service so maybe access to oatmeal and fruit would be an option

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were really nice and quiet. The staff accommodated all of our special requests. It was a nice stay and convenient for our early flight.
The carpet had a stain, the handle on one of the drawers was hanging, the sliding bathroom door was hard to close and the heating/cooling unit was noisy.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to the airport. Loved that the hotel would shuttle you around to several places.
Our bed had a sink hole in the mattress on one side so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. Had to sleep completely sideways in order to sleep. Overall hotel was great our room 234 just needed a new mattress

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were in a tricky situation, where our flight was cancelled late at night because of weather. There were a lot of hotels that were booked solid because of so many cancelled flights, so we were thrilled to find that this one had vacancies, and quickly booked two rooms while waiting at the airport for our luggage to come off the plane. Unfortunately when we got there at 3:45 am, we found that because we had booked after midnight, the rooms were actually booked for the next night. The woman at the front desk was so accommodating, and managed to find us two rooms anyway, even though it appeared at first that they were fully booked.
The location was tough, because there was nothing nearby other than other hotels. Because of the snow, there were no Ubers running, no DoorDash operating, and no stores or restaurants within walking distance, so the only food we had available was the breakfast the hotel offered. Fortunately we found that one of the nearby hotels did have a restaurant, so we were able to get dinner the two days we were there.

Everything was great, except for the fact that on our second day, there was no hot breakfast because the cook "walked out". This was disappointing. There were still cold items available.

The breakfast is so good. Eggs filled with cheese, patties, breads, hash brown, biscuit with pattie and cheese, stick cheese, yogurt, cereal bars, apple pie and cinnamon cake , muffins, pancakes, orange and apple juice, water, tea, coffee, fruits, etc. So many varieties.
The room was clean. Inside the shower you can find large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash; also there is a large bottle of body lotion.
If you need to do laundry is only 2 for wash and 1.75 for dry. If you don't have coins the front desk exchange it for you. For me worked very well.

I booked this hotel after a snowstorm cancelled my flight at 11:30pm. I called the hotel to ask if the shuttle was running, and the front desk told me it wasn’t, but they would order a Lyft for me. I was so surprised by this offer, and it was such a great relief to have one less thing to figure out that night. The next morning, the shuttle driver braved the snow with a spirited attitude and even provided entertainment on our way back to the airport. I never leave reviews, but Hampton Inn went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easier. Thank you!
