Had a great stay at John’s condo! Loved the easy beach access and all the amenities at the condo.

Loved this place! You cannot beat the view. The condo was clean and well stocked. The owner contacted us the day we got there to make sure all was well. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back.

This place is so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone we encountered during our stay was so friendly and accommodating. The condo had everything we would need. It was in perfect view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach which was my favorite part. It was close to many places to eat and things to do. The only thing I would say that you might need to bring if you have lots of stuff to bring to the beach that was not in the condo would be a beach wagon. Everything else is there for you. The ppl who take care of the property do an amazing job keeping this place clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay here! The condo is located on a no-drive area of the beach and was not crowded. Great pool area overlooking the beach. The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable and has an amazing view. We’d definitely like to visit again!

The condo was great. Everything we expected. Had 1 issue with the laundry room key, but was quickly resolved and owner apologized several times. We had a great time an would recommend it to future guest

Everything about this condo is exactly as advertised. Our family stayed for a month and loved every minute. The building is a nice, quiet, smaller (only 50ish units) setup and lends itself well to a relaxing stay. John was absolutely great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Second time we have been to NSB. First time here at this beautiful condo. Chose because of the great reviews, location and quite honestly from the wonderful correspondence we received from owner during the booking process. Great location on NSB on the no-Drive section of beach. This two story condo is exactly as described, but even cuter in person. Included absolutely every single thing you would need for a week stay. We are a family of four (15 year old and 12 year old) and if are you looking for a laid back relaxing beach front place to spend some QT with your family-this is the place! Has a direct ocean view from the balcony where we had sat and had coffee each morning. Simple nice clean pool and beach chairs facing the ocean. Walked for miles on beach each morning...rented bikes for a couple of days and rode on beach to Flagler ave where all the cute restaurants and shops are-only about 4 miles away and had so much fun. The only thing I can think of that you might want to bring is a bigger coffee maker if you are big coffee drinker, because they have only a 5 cup model-but it worked perfectly fine. Will for sure return again to this exact same place!

We had a wonderful time visiting New Smyrna Beach. The condo was located in a great stretch of beach that wasn’t over- crowded and in a great location for relaxing. Downtown was a short drive away with great restaraunts and lots of action. John and his wife were very accommodating and their condo was lovely, with amazing views! We all had a fabulous time!

The condo was absolutely a pleasure! It was stocked with everything that we could need or want! We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and how nicely decorated the unit was! Thanks for the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boards. We have stayed in so many Surfside units over the past years and we believe this one is by far the best! We appreciate the opportunity and hope we can reserve it again in the future! Thanks again for the fabulous accommodations!

Property was clean and kept up nicely. The condo was clean and appointed well. I really liked the fact that the condo/owner had everything in the house. Beach umbrellas, chairs, kitchen items, laundry and dishwasher detergent etc. Some of the places we have stayed did not have all these little amenities that make a stay very enjoyable. Thank you

Very clean. Loved the decor. Loved the view. They have everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella (we did not use umbrella but used the chairs), beach towels were available. John was very quick to respond with any questions. He checked on us after we checked in. I also loved the fact we didn’t have to keep track of a key and who had it. The number keypad worked perfect for us. Defiely want to stay here again.
