The property is well maintained and nestled in a quiet community and only a 10 minute Uber to the center of town.We were a group of 10 and there was a plenty of space without feeling that we were sitting on top of each other. Be warned, if you have people who have a hard time with stairs, they might struggle here. The place had beautiful views of the ocean and we saw plenty of whales and relaxing sunsets. The private beach was very nice and it was nice putting your feet in the ocean, but you could not swim because of the rocks. If you walked in either direction about a 1/4 mile, there were more traditional beaches. The staff worked hard and saw to our every need. Sara, the manager, was easy to deal with in preparing for the vacation. Pablo, our chef cooked one amazing meal after another and Carlos kept everything running smoothly and the place stocked with whatever food and drink we wanted. All and all, the place was a little bit more expensive than other places, but I think worth it. We had a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful property! Bedrooms are all very large with each one having their own bathroom and sitting area. Views are amazing with beautiful sunsets every night. It was perfect for our family of 16...3 generations...ages 2 to 65. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and the chef prepared wonderful meals for us. They were so good at catering to the childrens needs for mesls. We had access to great beach areas and 2 pools at the villa...one in shade and one in sun and we used both every day. Overall, just a wonderful stay! A big thank you to Sara, the property manager who was amazing at communicating with us prior to our stay and making sure all of our needs were looked after in such a gracious way.

We have just returned from our fabulous stay at Casa Tres Vidas. It was perfect for our family of 19, ranging in age from 69 down to 1. The staff were amazing! Chef Pablo prepared excellent meals (and was able to accomodate our one vegan guest). It was so nice to not have to cook or take a bunch of tired children out to dinner after a day at the beach and pool! Daniel, the house manager, saw to every detail and made sure that we had guacamole and pico de gallo every day to snack on.The spaces were beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room to be together, or spread out if we wanted. The only negative was that we had to leave at the end of the week!

This house was perfect for our family of 20. The staff was incredible! So friendly and accommodating and prepared fresh and delicious food! Truly, they make the trip. Lots of space when we needed breaks and large common areas to gather. The beach to the left of the house is great for swimming!

We had a large family gathering here and this was the perfect place for it! Large comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms, beautiful beach, fun pools, lots of lounge areas, and excellent food and service! It was close enough to town for a quick drive or longer walk in the beach and located in an area with older, classic villas and properties. Everyone on the trip had an amazing time!!! Our experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff greeted us upon arrival, was incredibly accommodating, and very kind. There were several dietary restrictions within our group and each one was met and remembered throughout the week. The staff also helped us coordinate special nights by finding a photographer, mariachi band and fireworks. Everything was done seamlessly and was well orchestrated. This was especially impressive with Sara being away on vacation. We would love to return.

The property is lovely and interesting, with an almost private beach. We were happy to have a shallow swimming pool for the children within easy supervision of the main living room. The only difficulty was the number of stairs, given that we had folks in our 70's and 80's. However, the many levels of the property also made it fun and interesting.
THE BEST PART was the staff. They were so friendly and kind. The chef was amazingly talented. Every meal was delicious. We had different dietary issues and he met them with ease. His staff made sure that we had guacamole and pico de gallo every day for us to snack on. I highly recommend Casa Tres Vidas. Just be prepared to miss the people and the place when you leave.

Fantastic place for families to stay.
Couldn’t ask for a better location, more attentive staff, or better cooks. it was so nice being cared for by the friendly staff. The house manager, Daniel, took care of everything for us, including getting vans for us. Pablo, our cook, created creative, gourmet meals for us. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Our group of 12 stayed in Vida Sol and Vida Mar. It was absolutely wonderful. The food was excellent and the staff were very lovely and accommodating.

Really great time
We booked both mar & sol villas for 11 adults (only 1 couple, everyone else had their own bed). Everyone loved their rooms. The staff was fantastic: very friendly and accommodating. Our group really enjoyed spending afternoons in the zona romantica neighborhood, or just hanging out at the villa. The villa itself had plenty of room for all of us to hang out together and plenty of nooks in which to hide away for peace and quiet. The food was great and the staff very quickly picked up on each individuals’ dietary needs/preferences. Would definitely recommend and do it again

Perfect location
The property was in the perfect location. The views of the ocean from the villas were breathtaking. The villa is located 5 mins from town via taxi and beach access is only a 5 min walk. The property looked exactly as depicted in the pictures, each villa was unique and our entire group (12 people) all enjoyed the villa that they stayed in. I give the staff a100% rating, they were all so kind and accommodating. They were always available and helpful, but never intrusive. The chef was amazing and the food was always delicious. I look forward to staying here again!

Nothing short of amazing
We had the most amazing time at Vida Sol and Vida Mar at Casa Tres Vidas. From the moment we arrived, every detail was attended to. We are restaurant owners at home and couldn’t stop talking about how spectacular it was to be given the level of genuine, spot on service each and every day. Daniel and Julian felt like family when we left. We had a security issue during our stay and had to have a guest removed from the premises, and Sara was so understanding and helpful, Jimmy made us feel safe and secure.
The beach was outstanding and every room in the house was more beautiful than the last.
Pablo made the most delicious meals, our grandfather was in absolute hog heaven.
We’re already planning and trying to decide when we can enjoy this beautiful home again.
Thank you to the entire team at Casa Tres Vidas. We will never forget our stay.

Flexibility

Perfection!!!
We had a 90th Bday for my dad! We have always Loved Mexico and decided this was the place!! Casa Tres Vidas was MORE than we could have Ever Expected!!! We had 14 people including my granddaughter age 2! We had private Chefs and Housecleaning and they were Wonderful! We were Spoiled every morning with Amazing breakfast and then a Most flavorful Dinner !! Of course pre dinner drinks. The Best hospitality !!!

Old world magnificence!
We really can’t say enough about this property. We’ve stayed twice now and Casa Tres Vidas and Maria Quinta Cortez have permanently set up residence in our hearts and minds. Our first trip (April 2018) was a “scouting” trip for a large family reunion the following year. Needless to say, they passed our “test”. In January (2019) 17 of us arrived on a Saturday and were greeted with margaritas, guacamole, chips and a gentle, thoughtful, hard working staff. As our week continued, the staff, food and space continued to work its magic on us. We loved the proximity to Zona Romantica, the swimming beach at Conchas Chinos (50 yards south) the bus stop at the top of the hill, the nearby OXXO and ease of Uber. The beach in front of our villa had plenty of lawn chairs, beach toys, sand, small safe tide pools to capture the time and imagination of the child who was with us. To have the overwhelming approval of all 16 adults (from all over the country) and 1 - three year old is a “WIN” in my book 😊�. The villas are a very special place. [If you have a chance to hear the story of what they were before Margaret and her business partner came to purchase them - it is a story worth hearing! It was a special treat to meet her on our stay.]
