Beautiful view, handy for buses, near restaurants

Kitchen tap was very loose and difficult to use. Reported straight away but not fixed. Verypoor air quality in resort and especially in apartment which often had lorries and buses just below it. My eyes were streaming and sore for most of stay

Nice basic appartment in the center of Villefranche sur Mer. Short 10min walk to old centre, restaurants, beach. Appartment is quiet inside, and a bit noisy at the balcony because of the road its at. But it did not bother us much as its lively, and the view of the appartment makes up for any (small) negatives it may have. The inventory is basic, but fullfills all needs, and we had a lovely week in Villefrance as its a beautifull area of the Cote. Check-in is efficient and comfortable with the host. By whatsapp and personal key delivery. Parking looked to be a problem, but it was really easy with some no-fee options in front of the appartment.

Basic inventory, pots/pans/beer-wine glasses is basic and minimum. Could do with a few extra, but that is a easy fix by the owner.

The location was good. The apartment is central for bus services and tour buses. It has supermarkets and shops in close proximity and is less than a half hour walk to the sea front fishing dock. The port/dock area has many excellent bistros/restaurants and is an excellent area in which to watch the sub set and the lights to come on.

The only issue that we had was the topography. The area is very hilly with many, many, steep sets of steps and steep inclines. Certainly good for a fitness regime though!!
