The breakfast was really excellent! For me it was just the right amount and totally delicious. On the 2nd day my wife requested less food and they adjusted. I appreciated the coffee was ready right away. The owners were so nice and personable and we really enjoyed talking with them. Got some great advice on a state park, which we hadn't planned but really liked. Next time I would walk around the farm and check out the animals! Everything was nice and clean.

AC was a bit noisy but we adapted. Maybe the mattress could have been a bit firmer for me. We didn't really get to talk to the other guests, but think that was just a timing thing and they were in the outer building.

absolutely nothing

This is a lovely B&B that is also a working farm and has with a wonderful family feel. The owners are very welcoming, helpful and make wonderful breakfasts! It has a great location that is close to Bryce Canyon National Park and other parks in the area.

We would have preferred a king bed and at this time there are none available. Emily said that they are considering king beds in the future.

Friendly and authentic atmosphere, delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, spacious garden, cleanliness of the establishment, fantastic owners who make you feel like long awaited guests.

Great location on the edge of town and not far from Mossy Cave, which is a fun family walk to a beautiful waterfall amid fantasy landscape. Also, super-handy for Bryce Canyon, which was probably our favourite park on a 1900km roadtrip. Was more like a farm-stay than a B&B and that's exactly what we hoped. Very friendly hosts who cooked a great breakfast, gave helpful advice on local attractions and showed our kids around the farm, including bottle-feeding the new calf.

Great 3-day stay, no complaints!

We had a great time at Bulberry Inn. The farm is very beautiful and the rooms are super clean and comfy! The hosts are also very kind and they will delight you with a proper American home-made super good breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious, hearty, always had fresh fruit, and I felt completely satisfied and ready to go hike afterwards! The family was so friendly and made a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My kids loved playing with their kids and seeing the farm animals. It was great to have space to let them play.
