Would be great to have “welcome tea/coffee package” and a little bit of salt/oil. The bathroom door does not close. Who have the allergy of natural feathers, dont use pillows.

Great location, very cozzy appartment and a lot of space.

There is no iron.

Loved the windows and the view, building very secure, clear instructions given from owner on entry and exit, Wi-Fi signal is good.

washing machine didn’t work, poor drainage, apartment very dusty, stained pillows under the pillowcase, dirty dishes in the cupboard, sofa broken on arrival and cushions did not stay on, limited hot water at night.

Since this was our second stay in this house, we knew what to expect. Since our last visit, there have been some upgrades to the home. Because we traveled to Serris by train to visit Disneyland, we chose this apartment for our stay. We knew the apartment was well suited to Disney and the stores downstairs. We travel with our son, a 6-year-old, who likes to eat before 19:00. For us, finding a home with a kitchen and supermarket nearby is essential since most restaurants are closed before 18:00 or 19:00. Compared to our earlier stay, we could do the complete check-in ourselves this time, which was easy and convenient. The location is of course, convenient as well - we could walk from the door to Disneyland in less than 15 minutes or take the bus (2 euros per person per trip). Since it was our second time, we did pull out the table and set three chairs to offer our son (and ourselves) a place to have breakfast and dinner. The first time, it took some time to figure this out, but in the hallway closet are chairs and extensions for the small side table that can be turned into a table. Keep in mind that you have to pay a deposit upfront, but I assume we will get it back within 14 days after our stay, just like last time.

The home is marketed for 4-6 people, having the couch as a bed. However, we think four adults would be the max. The living room and apartment are too small to add a proper bed there and hold 6 people. And being a bed as well is making the couch not really comfortable to sit on. The bottom seating keeps sliding off, and the surface is not really flat. Even though we booked this place, knowing what to expect, there were still some points that amazed me last time as well. We did like the new showerhead - a water-saving one that is still giving you decent water pressure - but I really would love to see a higher-placed holder. Showering takes much longer now since washing the body and hair with one hand in this cold weather is hard. In my opinion, this does somewhat undo the water-saving showerhead. And instead of letting my son shower as we would normally do, we put him in the bath. The heating did not turn on during our stay. If we set the thermostat to a higher setting, it would switch back to the old setting, which was way too cold during our stay. The sun had been shining but it was still 8 degrees or lower, and the apartment was around 15 degrees during the day. So we had to heat it a bit during the evening, ensuring that the evenings and nights wouldn't be too cold. And personally, I don't like the bed and pillows. We have stayed in another apartment 3 times between the visits to this apartment. That one definitely has a better bed, layout, and kitchen, but is better accessible when driving a car due to its location. And we, therefore, chose this one. But a bed is really personal as well, so that is why I placed it on the bottom. So, in conclusion: We knew what to expect and chose this apartment either way. The location is amazing, and even though we have some remarks, I think the place is still better than many apartments we have seen before this one. However: with some simple upgrades, I think it could be even better personally.

The property was quite clean. 1 station away from Disney. Except that It was within the Outlet Village, and ALL the gates will be locked by massive locks at night. We have never been informed in any sort of communications.

Everything was satisfactory until you realised that you would be LOCKED without any warnings or notice. It was NOT in the written guidance or any form of communication. We had to catch an early train back to London but wasn't able to get out. It felt like a prison.We changed our entire schedule just because of this. If there's emergency and residents were not properly informed how to get out when it's locked, someone could have died. We made a complaint to the property, NO apologies, NO response, NOTHING AT ALL. I have travelled to over 20 countries and never experienced being locked and not able to get out. This is against European Customer Rights regulations in many aspects, we are in the process of filing legal complaints now. If you wanna experience Squid Game Reality Show in the dark, this might be your adventure time :)
