Jetski und Pontonbootverleih in der Nähe. Bootsanlegestelle auch verfügbar, wenn Sie Ihre eigenen mitbringen möchten (Bootspeitschen werden auf dem Grundstücksdock aufgestellt).
Das Haus liegt in einer privaten Sackgasse. Seetaucher und Adler werden häufig gehört und gesichtet. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Maine Ice Cream Stand. Gute Straßen zum Radfahren. Der nahe gelegene Bauernhof steht für frische Produkte und Obst zum Selberpflücken.

Lovely spotless small home on a beautiful lake. Large deck and grassy lawn face lake for peaceful experience day and night. Quiet friendly neighborhood on dead end road. Water is warm and clean with dock and stair options though lake bottom is gravelly so boat shoes helpful here. Wonderful swimming!

This cottage was perfect for our stay! Very clean, nice area. Sandie was incredibly easy to work with and provided all information we needed. Check in was a breeze and the lake was beautiful! The cottage looks exactly like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

After a really stressful year, I was looking for a quiet beautiful place to recharge. This cottage was perfect. The lake early in the morning in fall is breathtaking, water like glass. The cottage has everything you need. I will be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lebanon. The home was even nicer in person and the waterfront was literally steps from the back door. The owner, Sandi, was very responsive and pleasant. The only disappointment was that the raft with the slide was not available. I would definitely consider this rental again!!

perfect vacation
My husband and I just got back from a 5 day trip to this nice little cottage on the Maine/N.H. border.
The property was excellent and working with Sandie (the owner) was quite easy. The yard was well taken care of and there a few feet away was a dock with boat whips. My husband's dream. He brought his bass boat and we spent many hours cruising the lake and fishing.
One night there was a brief storm that knocked the power out but there is a automatic generator that kicked on right away.
This place is set up for a very restful, layed back vacation.
One thing for sure, we WILL be back.

Wonderful getaway!
What a perfect spot for our family! We live about 30 minutes away and this worked out fantastic for our family and friends to come visit and enjoy the lake time as well.
The dock was great for our boat and our friends boat so we could all play on the tube and go fishing.
Sandie was great to work with and made everything easy peasy! The neighbors are wonderful and friendly as well! I think we'll be dropping by their place to visit the next time we take the boat for the day.
The house was neat, clean and homey, just the way our family likes it. It was so convenient having laundry facilities and the central air is so nice when the temps get a bit high.

Lovely fall escape!
We had a fabulous time cooking, hanging out, watching the fall colors reflected in the lake and stargazing during a meteor shower. As a lover of purple the decor definitely won me over. I think the upstairs was even better than the listing made it look! Heat worked well, mattress on the queen bed was comfy, wifi seemed reliable. Would have appreciated a little more counter space in the kitchen but we made it work. Hope to visit again sometime when it's warm enough to go swimming!

Perfectly relaxing getway
This house was perfect for my fiance and I for a week getaway. The house was extremely clean, and coordinating with Sandie was very easy. Perfect place to hang outside by the fire, do some off shore fishing, or load canoe/kayaks into the water and hang out on the lake! It was a very quiet area, very comfortable house, and we would certainly stay here again.

Great view and amenities
This was a lovely rental, and exactly as described.
PROS: The view is wonderful. The description of the property is spot-on. The owner was extremely responsive and help, check in was easy, and everything was clean. It has everything on your list for a great lake vacation. We used the dock, swim platform, slide, fire pit, grill, and the canoe. The three kids made the downstairs space the "kid zone" and we could let them play and watch TV while we got some quiet time upstairs.
CONS: Hardly any, but (as the description mentions) there is only a curtain separating the main bedroom from the living space, which meant some early mornings when our kids woke up before we did.

A dream come true
This property was absolutely amazing! We had the best time as a family. Plenty of room for everyone! The lake was clean and beautiful! We rented a boat from the marina right down the road. Which we highly recommend! The house was clean, modern, and so comfy! Central ac worked amazingly, and so didn’t the WiFi. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a truly wonderful week in this gem of a cottage! The cottage had everything we needed (and more!) to have a relaxing, fun week. The kids loved that the lake was right in the backyard. It was a perfect spot to get away, relax and recharge. The owner is incredibly helpful and wonderful! Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!

Clean, adorable cottage right on the water!
We just spent 5 nights here and loved it!! The cottage is clean, modern and well equipped. Having the dock right on the property was key, as we have a boat. Spent everyday out on the lake fishing, swimming and just cruising around. The neighbors were very nice and gave us a bit of info on the lake, where to go, what to watch out for etc .Great stay and hoping we can find the time to get back there next summer :)

Relaxing time
We had a wonderful few days there. This house is located right by the water. The house was well prepared for visitors. If you planning to do some fishing, buy a license at the near by Wallmart. Take a few minutes drive to the Fishermen's Dock in York ME for outstanding seafood.
