This property was perfect for us! Linda was the best host. This place was so clean and such a cute decor. Even though we didn’t need the full kitchen, it was nice to have it. We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely return!

Great Stay! We rented both suites for a Thanksgiving visit with our family in New Iberia. The suites were just perfect for my parents in Suite B and then our family of four in Suite A. Linda was an amazing host and was more than accommodating when our flight schedule changed. The suites had everything we needed including coffee and breakfast goodies. I loved the big closet and having the laundry room was so nice to be able to bring all our clothes home clean. The properties are a short walk into town and we enjoyed several trips to Victor’s for breakfast. There’s a beautiful back yard oasis that the boys enjoyed tossing the football around and my father enjoyed reading time in the mornings. I will most definitely stay again at the Lu-Zan Suites. Thank you Linda!

The property is exactly as advertised, the manager is very responsive. This is conveniently located to the main strip of New Iberia and the various shops, restaurants, and bars there.

We came to New Iberia for a wedding. What a great town. Close enough to walk to all the wedding events. Suite was as described and was perfect for our needs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cozy and unique in an interesting small town. It was better than staying at a hotel. I was able to park right in front of the entrance.

Linda was a wonderful host and the property was just as listed! It was on a quiet brick street that was walking distance to downtown. The dogs & I loved either walking around the backyard or walking downtown. The train was loud and frequent but it was nice to have some noise since it was such a quiet area! Would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and the place was clean! 2 most important things. And Linda was also very accommodating to add an extra day and late checkout to our stay!

It was comfy and close to the areas of my destination. Although I got lost at first but Linda promptly answered my call and directed to the right location. It is very roomy. My family enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was cold, so we were happy the heat worked well! Plenty of towels and blankets. The apartment was very clean. Plus, off-street parking was nice. Thank you!!

After reading the previous review I can think of nothing to add except we really appreciated the washer and dryer. Great! This was an excellent rental and we have stayed in many. Thanks to John and Lynda for a great stay from Dec 03 to Dec 10. 2018.

What a fantastic vacation rental! Our two night stay at the Lu-Zan was everything we expected and more. This newly remodeled home was just fabulous. First, the photos do not do the home justice. From the high ceilings adorned with crown molding and rustic beams to the brick exterior wall to the beautifully stained concrete floors, this home is comfortably and stylishly appointed. The queen size bed and linens were so comfortable. The owners thoughtfully stocked the bedroom closet with tons of extra pillows, blankets and sheets. The bathroom was also well stocked with bath linens. The open kitchen is furnished with anything you’d need to prepare a meal for four, and the place settings as well. Plenty of brand new kitchen towels and cloths made it easy to clean up. I also really appreciate the back patio area with a bistro table and two chairs overlooking the large back yard. We love New Iberia - the people, art & culture and THE FOOD! Clementine’s is a work of art with their craft cocktails and highly elevated food pairings. You can’t go wrong with breakfast or lunch at Victor’s Cafe. The rental home is within walking distance of both! We highly recommend visiting the Jungle Gardens and Tabasco Factory. And the food at the Jefferson Cafe was decadent! We can’t wait to visit New Iberia again and will definitely book our stay at The Lu-Zan each time we return.
