Everything was perfect. The cabin and bunk house were immaculate upon arrival. Communication with the property manager and owner was extremely easy. The property is on a flat lot, so stairs to get to the lake. Renting the pontoon and Master Craft was easy and worth the price.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week. We loved the house, bunk house and yard. Great for yard games and gazing at the lake. It is exactly as pictured and we loved it. Amazing sunsets. More house than we needed, probably better for a larger family. The location is just off the hwy, so you do hear a bit of noise from that and it doesn't have convenient walking because of its location near the hwy. We drove 7 minutes up to Nisswa and walked the Paul Bunyan Trails. The only other issue was a bit of communication. Initially, the home was listed on VRBO as available for my dates and I submitted my dates. Turns out that one of the dates wasn't available because they only offer 7 day, Saturday to Saturday during the summer and I wanted 8 days. That wasn't stated in the listing and so at the moment before I signed the rental agreement, they caught the dates and modified and I felt like I was already set on the rental and had to find other accommodations for our first night. Also, it is amazing to have the watercraft rentals available, but we also had some miscommunication because the listing doesn't say minimum number of days required and it just lists the price per day. Just keep in mind that some of the watercraft has a multiple day minimum. Other than that, we liked the home alot and plan to visit again!

Great rental for a fun week at the lake!!

Our family (six adults and six children, ages 9 months old - 9 years old) stayed here for a week in July and it was great! The lake home and property is exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the bathrooms are all well stocked with towels, etc. Nice to have the washer and dryer and all the supplies you need for laundry needs. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home and a fabulous experience.

Everything was perfect. Check in worked great and the place was extremely clean. We rented the pontoon and master craft. Both were awesome! We were able to play yard games on the flat lot. We will be back!

I have stayed at this cabin before and decided to return again for some R&R. It is as lovely as I remembered and am so glad we came back to this. Our family of Mom, Dad, 4 yo, and 2 grandparents really enjoyed the home and property. Shawn and Leila were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable and the grandparents stayed in the bunkhouse very comfortably. The bay where the house is faces west for wonderful sunsets. The only disappointment had nothing to do with the home: The boats chop up lake grasses that accumulate all day and night and they are unsightly, somewhat smelly, and have to be scooped and piled by a pitchfork every day to clear off the beach. You end up with a giant pile after just 2-3 days (and it's heavy witht he water and sand).

This property was everything it was advertised to be. The yard and beach was perfect for our grandchildren. Everything was very clean and the owners were easy to contact. The sunsets were spectacular. We highly recommend this rental.

Very nice cabin,plenty of parking,nice beach with gradual slope. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Gull lake is great for any kind of water activity. Nisswa is just a few miles away and a must see. Lawn sprinklers were annoying and made lawn very saturated. Bunkhouse door was very hard for smaller children to open. Just minor issues that could be an easy fix. Overall highly recommend the property.

We had a fantastic time at Westin Rose. Accommendations were top notch. Our kids especially loved the bunk house. We did all our cooking at the lake home and could have used more pots/pans. We would love to come back next year and highly recommend this lovely lake home..

The property was great for a family vacation! The property had great space to hang out and clean. The beach was perfect for the kids to play in the sand and the boat was easy to rent/use.

Very nice home on a flat lot on Gull Lake. All amenities were top notch and included everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using to pontoon for fishing and tubing. Caught a 28” walleye. Property Manager was very attentive and professional. Great vacation.

Our week was excellent. The property is beautiful both inside and out. The bunkhouse was a nice touch for us. The beach is wonderful. Shawn and the manager of the property were excellent with communication and helping us out. She even helped us find a missing Amazon delivery!! Definitely a great place to stay!!
