Spacious Family Space -Close to City & Beach
Ein renoviertes Stadthaus mit vier Schlafzimmern, direkt außerhalb von Ferrymead, mit einem privaten Hinterhof. Es ist günstig gelegen, abseits der Hauptstraße und dennoch nahe genug, um nur 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt oder 10 Minuten zum Sumner-Strand zu gelangen. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie Ferrymead und einen Supermarkt. Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu erreichen.
Es gibt vier komfortable Schlafzimmer, zwei oben und zwei unten.

We are so glad we came accross this house. There was more than enough room, very tidy, modern and comfortable. It was very clean and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property.

My mom, nephew and I stayed here in Ferrymead for three nights. The place was easy to find and had a lot of room to spread out. We used the kitchen for a couple of takeaway meals and found all the necessary plates and utensils. The contact person was easy to communicate with and it was a deal for the time and space we required. One thing we really did love were the window coverings, when down you could see out but no one could see in.

Communication from property managers was not great and was sent extra payments to be made which then changed after getting bookabach to mediate to help sort out.
Property itself was really good and warm apart from a couple of items that didn't work such as a heater in one of the rooms and the hair dryer.

Great property, has all the essentials for a reasonable price. Big house but still cosy. Lounge heatpump didn't work but there were several heaters throughout the house so wasn't a problem & could feel the house was warm. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend

We had two families get together with 4 young children between us and we had an excellent stay. Great facilities and excellent kitchen. The only challenge we had was trying to warm the place up. 2 heat pumps in the place but just struggled to deal with the cold - admittedly the weekend we were there it was only a 7deg C high outside! Would highly recommend this place and we'd go back in an instant!
