Sparkling clean 1920's bungalow
Dieser charmante Bungalow aus den 1920er Jahren befindet sich in einem ruhigen historischen Viertel. Nur wenige Schritte von einem kleinen Park mit Petanque-Plätzen und Plätzen für Kinder entfernt, auf denen Sie auf den von alten Eichen umgebenen Parkbänken entspannen können. Es verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Jalousien und Verdunkelungsvorhängen für die entspannten Morgenstunden. Für den Küchenchef ist die Küche eine voll funktionsfähige Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Zwei blitzsaubere Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und das andere mit einer Klauenfußwanne, die sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag perfekt zum Baden eignet! Auf der Sonnenterrasse können Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen, um Ihren Tag zu planen, oder bei einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der historischen und pulsierenden Innenstadt von Petaluma entfernt, mit vielen Restaurants, Imbisswagen, Nachtclubs und dem Theaterplatz. 45 Meilen von San Francisco und dem wunderschönen Weinanbaugebiet Napa Sonoma und eine halbe Stunde von Bodega Bay entfernt. We stayed in this bungelow while visiting my mom who lives on the east side of Petaluma. It was fun to stay in a house that was built over a 100 years ago, but that had all the modern day comforts, even central air conditioning! We enjoyed the front sunroom and sitting in the breakfast/dinner nook for meals. Walking around the neighborhood and admiring all the historical homes was really fun! The park at the top of the hill was enjoyable. Walking to the Petaluma Market was great and one of the nicest grocery stores I've ever been in. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the gravel driveway on the side of the house that goes to 2 or 3 houses behind the bungelow that was a bit startling at times to have a car driving right outside your window when trying to sleep, but that would definitely not keep me from staying there again. Paving the driveway would help. Thank you, we hope to be back!

We had a great experience, the Bungalow was very nice clean & well maintained. Directions as to what was needed for check out were clear. Our group really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable.

This spacious bungalow exceeded all of our expectations! We traveled with our daughter's family which included their 21-month-old son. Our grandson loved stretching out on the area rug in the living room with all of his trucks and books. Although we didn't prepare any meals during our stay, the kitchen was well equipped to do so. The great location allowed us to easily walk to downtown Petaluma to visit some local tasting rooms, to shop, and to enjoy some delicious meals. It was a perfect getaway for our family!

My wife and I are retired, and we stayed here for an extended visit with our daughter who lives in Petaluma. It is an easy walk to many restaurants in downtown Petaluma. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We were very impressed with the accommodations and location, and we look forward to staying again.

The house was very cute and cozy. It was well decorated and well stocked. The little notes of instructions that the owner left were very helpful. Easy check in and check out process. We were able to get around in Petaluma very easily. Would love to stay again.

Great location, we were able to walk to town. Cute park up the street for the kids. Enough space for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. House is stocked with basics and more which is very helpful (pack n play, high chair, lots of coffee). Great stay in Petaluma!

We were in town for a wedding and found this adorable property in a centralized location for the events we were attending. We look forward to a longer visit next time to further explore. We would stay here again. The home was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Such a cute house and a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the three kitchen had everything we needed. The front patio was my favorite spot to sit and drink coffee in the morning. I hope to return soon!

We unexpectedly had to shorten our visit and regretted leaving this charming house. We particularly enjoyed the heated porch for morning tea on chilly mornings. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood that was close to a nice local market and downtown. Everist the house was in good shape. Easy check in and check out.

I stayed here with my parents, husband, and our infant son and we all had a wonderful time. The bungalow had more than enough room for the five of us, was close enough to downtown for a quick walk for food and quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The house and property were very clean and had all the amenities we could ever need. Check in and check out were easy and we could relax since everything was taken care of.

My family of four had a great stay at this place. The arrival was easy, the house clean, with a well appointed kitchen, and space for people to relax. We enjoyed the enclosed porch too because it adds to the functional space. The owners were available when we accidentially locked ourselves out. They also thoughtfully included some lantern flashlights in case of power outage, which turned out to be a good idea because we needed it when a storm came through and killed power to lots of the Bay Area.

Nicely decorated, clean house with responsive hosts. Great location in downtown Petaluma, close to gourmet restaurants, parks, and walks. The neighborhood has really beautiful older homes so walking around to look at them is fun.

This was our second stay at this Petaluma home. The location is convenient, and easy walking distance to downtown Petaluma. I especially enjoyed walking the 10 minutes to the local market to get food or snacks - no driving required! The nearby park is small but quiet. For hiking, Helen Putnam Park is a 10 minute drive. We stayed for a week, but wished we could have stayed longer...

This is a great house. Lots of thoughtful touches and even a lemon tree in the backyard. It gets amazing light and I’d very comfortable from the couches to the beds to the bathtub. I’d love to stay again-

We loved our two-night getaway in this large, comfortable 2BD/2BA house that is truly a gem. We walked to dinner one night and picked up dinner the other night. Beds are comfortable (even the sofabed!), curtains are the black-out type (good for the teenagers that wanted to sleep in), the linens and towels were well-stocked. When we did eat in, we loved sitting in the banquette.
This home is simply charming - wish we could have stayed all week but we booked last-minute and two nights is what worked with our schedule. Hosts are very quick to respond/communicate and they left easy check-out instructions. We lounged around, went outlet shopping, spent a day in Sebastopol and watched movies/TV. Now THAT was a relaxing getaway - thank you!

The most wonderful alternative to staying in yet another b***dy hotel! Sympathetically restored bungalow, absolutely sparkling clean in a nice residential area in Petaluma - which is a great place most people just drive through.

We had a delightful time staying in Petaluma at this adorable, immaculate home, which was even better than the photos. The owners have done a wonderful job at providing a sweet back yard and a home with all necessary items for a terrific stay. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This home is perfect! It was just the right size for my husband, my adult son, my 94 year old mother and me. There were more than enough of anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, and the living room, porch and backyard area were welcoming spaces that we used at various times. But more than all of this, the hosts went out of there way to help us when we left something behind. We highly recommend this place for the home itself, and for the good hearted hosts!
