Struttura pulita e spazi ampli
Qualche rumore la notte ma non di aeroplani.

Great host, proximity to the airport

The hotel was kind, responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location near the airport, but on a quiet street. It was an ideal place for a quick stopover. We were arriving late and leaving early. They arranged to pick us up at the airport and to drop us off. They also offered a continental breakfast, which was just right before an early flight.

Very clean room with kitchenette and kettle to make tea
The area doesn‘t feel safe

Located very near to the airport. Perfect for an overnight layover and we would happily stay again under these circumstances! Friendly and efficient service by the family who run this business. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a pharmacy. That's it. Not that you need much more for a short stay.
The neighborhood around here is a bit sketchy. But if you stay inside after dark, you won't have any problems. The building itself is secure and comfortable for a good night of sleep!

Nice people who picked us up from the airport and helped to find a free table in a nearby restaurant!

Any pick us from airport for free, and fulfill all our request. She and her sister are very friendly.

We chose this hotel because of a layover in Lima between flights. About 10min drive from the airport and Any came to pick us up for free. The neighbourhood is a bit shady but ok if you don’t go out after dark. The room was clean and comfortable and Any was an excellent host and very helpful. She showed us around the neighbourhood: ATM, supermarket and restaurants.
It was a bit noisy during the evening, dogs barking and sounds like from a construction, but nothing that would keeps us from falling a sleep

a very friendly little family-owned hotel in a residential neighborhood close to the airport. The family room was nice and comfortable and the owner provides free rides to the airport.
Price is high compared to other options in Lima but it is an excellent option if you want to stay close to the airport.

This is a great alternative for the expensive airport hotels. It is still not cheap but better than paying double the price. Any, the host, came to collect us at the airport at 11pm which was really kind. The other day we had a flight again and took an Uber back to the airport.
The room is spacious and there also is a spacious kitchen.
A real duvet would be nice.

Close to the airport which is a big plus in view of the traffic on the way to Lima town centre. The owners, two sisters, are very helpful - picking you up after a flight and giving you a walking tour of the area , pointing out ATMs, mini markets, bakers, chemists, and places to eat.
This is a clean, good value place to stay rather than the expensive alternatives nearby. The bed was comfortable and I always had hot water. It was quiet .
Nothing.

Our hostess, Amy, made a special effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. She picked us up at the airport, at no cost. Then she gave us a walking tour of the neighborhood, pointing out restaurants and ATMs. The hotel is sparking clean, and the beds are comfy and warm. The showers had plenty of hot water. Hospedage Leo's is a good option for a basic, clean hotel near the airport.

Spacious clean quiet private room with Basic amenities, with private bathroom. Very close to airport. Included free pick up from airport! Cafés, fruit mini market and other little stores within walking distance. Friendly, helpful, responsive host who can speak both Spanish and English. She also helped me to get a taxi ride back to the airport. Thank you for the great hospitality! :-)

The owner is amazing, she picked us up at the airport. She was very kind and helpful. As a stopover, it is very close to the airport if you want to sleep for a short time. Transportation back to airport is 10$, or you can call uber and pay 6$. The place is good value for money, its very clean. Facilities are way enough.
The neighbourhood is quiet uncomfortable if you are travelling as a family. No air condition, we were sweating to death all night. Small windows loooking out to next neighbours window, a bit disturbing.

Good place near the airport to stay during transit. The host Any is very welcoming and helpful. She picked us up at the airport and gave us all the information we needed.
No AC or fan, can get a little hot at night with only opening the window.

Free airport pickup (newly only till 11pm), if your flight is delyed they may ask you to take Uber (20sol) or taxi.
Very quiet location at night, a miracle for Lima.
Small kitchen in room, they provided electric kettle as bonus.
Good wifi.
I have booked in may for stay in September. Confirmed that pickup and drop off is included, but when entered the door, I was told that for the way back I have to pay extra. Now it is clearly stated during booking process, but in May, both ways (shuttle) was included without restriction.
