Stunning modern Apartment with parking in Opatija. A wonderful stay.

Beautifully furnished to a very high Spec. Excellent kitchen & Equipment. Good location. Parking included. Very comfortable.

A swimming pool would be the cherry on the top! 🙃

Wonderful Stay in the Amazing LIANA Apartment

Excellent communication at every stage. We had warm and very helpful reception by father of the owners on arrival and departure. It made us to feel at home from the beginning of our stay. We would like to thank our hosts for their hospitality and hope to stay at their beautiful apartment again.

All around amazing experience!

Amazing location, amazing hosts! Super clean and comfy apartment, Ivan & Ivana had everything available you could possibly need. High end appliances and beautifully decorated. They were so kind and helped us move our luggage in and out of the apartment! Beach is 2 min walk down the garden, city center about 15 min walk. Apartment with sea view is very quiet at night. Overall just amazing experience all around, we would definitely book again!

Our stay at apartment Liana was relaxing and the view was breathtaking!

The host was very helpful and the location was perfect! The apartment has everything you need and even more. We will definitely book this apartment again when visiting Opatija :)

Apartments Liana was a great choice for us - comfortable and secure.

The apartment was immaculately clean with an excellent kitchen and superb views. It has great access to the sea walk and is very conveniently located; also relatively quiet as it's a little away from the main hub of the town.

There were no toiletries - the website said otherwise. Despite valiant efforts by the owners (for example, driving us to our car with our luggage on departure), the parking situation isn't very convenient.

Nice place with nice owners

Very modern apartment with excellent facilities and friendly owners and a good location. Owners „shuttled“ us to the parking lot with our luggage and gave us a quick tour of the town center.

Simply great

Everything was excellent. It is a cosy, clean, newly refurbished appartment, 50 m from the Tomasevac Beach. Opposite the flat there is a café and restaurant. We had a flat with the view on the street, but thanks to the very tight windows, it was still very quite in the flat itself. The air conditioning was separate in every room - sleeping room and leaving room and even in bathroom. The appartment was equipped with everything what is needed for a short end even long stay: it has an iron, an ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, two TVs, WLAN, refrigerator, microwave oven, boiling pot, coffee machine and cooker. Additionally there was pepper, salt and other spices, oil, tea, coffee and sugar and in the fridge there were some fruits, juice and water waiting for us. Also cosmetics (shower and hair gel and soap) and towels were included. The contact with the owners was very good and fast. Even if we arrived 1.5h later than planned (traffic on the border) it was not a problem. During the stay we also got some hints, what we could visit on the rainy day. I highly recommend this appartment for a couple or for a small family like we.
