the worse thing about our stay was the emails from the landlord, do i really want to be told to be careful of every single item in the house, or how much it has cost you to replace stuff. not our problem. my hubby really found the smoke butts left outside a bit disgusting, the grounds were messy and overgrown. One bedroom was something out of a porn movie..disturbing, one double bed was soft enough to be comfortable the others rock hard. The upstairs bathroom the shower was good, but why stick a toilet in a two foot space. Did i mention the the front of the house was totally overgrown with ivy, you couldnt tell it was a house, of course it didnt need curtains i guess that was a saving for the owner. I have stayed in much nice bookabachs, this one was very average the neighbourhood is what it is. We booked it as dog friendly the fence had huge holes in it. Overall it was a very average house with a landlord that doesnt understand no one wants to hear his wows

Was disappointed in the place to be fair could do with a make over a lovely soft white on the inside would help and nice curtains that fit the windows, would pay to spray the house before people stay and mow the lawns. The house was covered in spider webs and there are a fair few inside as well. The hallway light didn't work so going up and down the stairs at night was a worry and there was a funny smell maybe the house had been shut up for a while.

This house had everything we needed with simple, clean layout. Looks like someone had a lot of fun decorating it! Nice outlook from the bedrooms and good big garden space.
Needed to be careful of the wooden edging around the beds for older people.

We enjoyed our stay at Crawford’s nest. With the house being fully furnished, we only needed to bring food and we were set to enjoy our adventures. The lock box was great, enabling everyone to come and go as they pleased providing flexibility to our schedules. We will come again. Thank you

The property was exactly how it’s advertised easy to access enough room for 5 adults and 2 children only need to supply your own food every thing else is supplied

A few teething problems getting into the property - no communication received about how to get in and it was 2deg and we couldn’t access the house. Made for a cold start. Good communication with John day once he got in touch. House warm once heat pump was cranking and remained warm despite cold winter temps overnight. Would recommend to others.
