The location, view and access was great. Wifi worked seamlessly so I could log onto work meetings. Communication with the hosts was phenomenal.
The bed frame was squeaky when I rolled over.

It fit our family of 2 adults and a teenager perfectly! It was a great space, well stocked kitchen, clean and quiet. A peaceful yard to have a glass of wine in the evening and a coffee in the morning!
I was a little worried about how much privacy we would have when we were driving through the neighborhood to get there, but this property is very large and we had lots of privacy and felt very comfortable coming and going from the property.

Although listed as a tiny house, the property was very comfortable and met all our expectations. We loved our quiet, relaxing stay in the suburbs of Spokane.

Such a cute cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances Beautiful yard.
For a 1 night stay the price was on the upper side due to cleaning fee

Loved the quite nature of the place, and the close proximity to everything. Easy to find and we felt secure with our own private driveway..!! Super cute place.
The bathroom is a bit small for two people getting ready. Just have to be patient and take turns…

Cute little cabin for 2 or three guests, kinda cozy for more than that. We had everything we needed, though, and had a good comfortable sleep.
When we arrived the place hadn't been cleaned. It seems that the housekeeper forgot, but I messaged the owners and he did make it right. However the cleaning fee and the fee for having a pet with us seemed pretty steep. Be aware that your nightly fee isn't what is first quoted. Add on cleaning fees, taxes, pet fees and that adds up quickly!

It was very quaint and comfortable. Close to town and very clean. It was located behind owner's home, but it still felt very private. A/C works PHENOMENAL. Bonus was the cute little playground located right by entrance that my daughter LOVED
There was nothing to dislike, the experience was perfect!

This is a nice little get away! Clean and quiet, and the perfect place to work or write a book! it felt like I was camping in a cabin in the woods yet it was right in town!
I also like that my car was able to be parked inside the fenced driveway.

The property was exactly as described and suited our needs. My kids loved playing in the grass and on the play structure.
It was very small, as described. With the couch made into a bed, there wasn't much floor space but it did work for our family.

Everything was was first class. the bed and pullout couch were very comfortable.
Problem with cable first night but owner fixed it. however, even though it had Amazon prime was not able to get connection to any movies, and the channels on the TV were extremely limited.

Quiet and beautiful winter hideaway.
Not a thing.

It was a comfortable and quiet little place.
It was a little cold at night. Even when the heater was set to 72 which is normally a good temp for me.

the location was great! the size of the house was also perfect for my solo trip. felt so home-y.

The cabin is like a small house tucked back in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. It has an amazing lawn for the pups to run and large trees all around it. Quiet, peaceful, safe/secure -- just perfect.
4.7
it was really nice and in a lovely neighborhood.
We have absolutely nothing bad to say about it

really cozy

Quiet neighborhood, single unit, clean and new, well equipped.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the facilities! Much less of a worry with twins who are exploring everything!
Walls may have been a little thin for our twin 14 month old adventurers. I hope no one was bothered by their cries at bedtime. With a new environment they were a little hesitant at bedtime.

everything was very nice, clean and cozy.

Cabin is new and has a well equipped little kitchen, bed was comfortable as was the hide a bed. Very quiet location in a pleasant residential neighbourhood.
We arrived after dark, about 530pm. It was dark and we had difficulty locating the entry way as the street was very dark and there was no street lighting. The cabin and the yard where it is located was very dark, it would have been very helpful if a porch light had been left on, and a perimeter light on at the gate.
We also think a small heater in the bedroom would be useful in the winter, ditto the bathroom which is also unheated.

Beautiful little house/cabin. Exceptionally clean & cozy. Very functional bathroom & kitchenette. Great value and a wonderful alternative to a hotel. Loved it!!

We loved staying here with our two small children,it was perfect

It was different than our usual places. Okay for two.
The trailer was a very tight squeeze for three adults, it was much smaller than I expected. There were not enough blankets for all three of us and not enough beds for a third adult. The bunk beds are made for children not adults and so were the two meager blankets left on the bunk beds that didn't even reach to the feet of my father and no top sheet either. Maybe OK for two adults but still a tight squeeze. I did not feel that this property was worth $100.00. Better off to stay at a budget hotel.

Had our own space, which was very nice. And it was freezing outside so once we turned the heat on it was a nice little warm oaisis.
Confused with the check-in. There are multiple RVs in the back and initially thought it was the one closer to the house, so couldn't find the lock box and had to ask the people in the house.
