Great stay at this little gem. Jess was an amazing communicator. She was always very prompt with responses to my questions. The place was very clean, close to the beach, and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

This modest but comfortable condo was perfect for me, my wife and two Golden Retrievers. The inside in clean and tasteful and .very well equipped. There for the month of July the place did get warm easily but an ac unit along with multiple fans kept everything comfortable. The unit is very close to a few shops, lots of nice restaurants and drinking establishments as well as the beach. Communication with Jessica was easy and we had a small issue which she took care of right away. The unit is part of a larger building that has 5 other units and there is another house on the property but parking was never an issue. FYI, while the “fun” is literally across the street there is a fence separating street from the train track so to walk requires getting to the nearest intersection. That being said you can be at a restaurant in less than 10 minutes and just a few more and you’re on the beach. The beach closest beach access requires going down a dirt path as Leucadia State beach is on the cliffs.
We would definitely stay again.

It was a cute place. The location was close but not easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Railroad tracks prevented us from crossing the street.

We enjoyed the quiet location to recharge while checking out the beach, legoland and Disneyland:)

The property was an awesome accommodation for myself and my client. I am a caregiver for a young autistic man and he really enjoyed his trip to California. The convenience of the location was a major factor in our choice of location. The property was ideal for our needs and Jess responded in a timely manner to all our communication. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the location.

Jessica’s place is homey and comfortable. It is a great space. We stayed for an extended stay and it was perfect for a working couple. The location really cannot be beat. The parking is plenty and the kitchen is really well stocked. Jessica is absolutely WONDERFUL!! So communicative and helpful. We will be returning.

This property could have been great but communication with the owner was beyond terrible. Loud noises coming from other units and awful parking. I highly recommend choosing a different property for your stay in Encinitas.

I stayed here for a month working remotely with my dog. The police worked out great for me and is well located across the 101 in Leucadia. It ahas a pull out couch which I used when I had my brother and then a friend stayed with me a few days. It was a hot month but the window unit and fans kept things pretty comfortable. The place was well-equipped with beach supplies and linens, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Also easy parking behind the building. Laundry is across the way and only one washer /dryer for the 6+ units but it’s free and worked out fine. I’d definitely stay again!

This property was everything we needed to have a home away from summer heat and cool off at the beach for a month with our furry pet. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook at the apartment so we didn’t have to eat out too many days. The neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is close to the train line and so the noise of the trains was something we had to get used to. Laundry facilities and parking was great. Check in process was smooth. The patio was great to sit out and relax. The property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or details. Would recommend and stay here again.

decent
this place is newly done with a very nice kitchen but there are some issues. there is only air conditioning in the living room and even going full blast it didn't really cool down the bedroom (it was still 77 degrees in there at night) and the ac is LOUD. the shade didn't block either the night lights from the surrounding buildings or of course the dawn light, around 6. between these things i didn't sleep much. also there were strange poor details given the price, such as polyester sheets covered with lint or dust that got all over me each night. the towels had the same. it was also hard to find as no unit number was given in directions on vrbo site or from the owner. if it wasn't so hot and these things were fixed it would likely be a comfortable place to stay.

Functional clean property with good location
The property is functional and in a great location with great restaurants and the beach nearby. There is a train across the street so be aware of sporadic noise from that. The property itself is clean and quiet otherwise. The weather was unseasonably hot and humid and while we were thankful for the a/c window unit which made it slightly bearable inside, I think the management could have the insight to bring in portable fans to move the air and help cool it down. The futon does not sleep 2 people unless they are small children. It would be nice if there were hangers for the closet area as there are not many places to put your clothes nicely. It would also be nice if there was some basic cooking stuff like a few spices/staples although there is salt and pepper if you plan to cook. It would be nice if there was at least a hand soap or bar soap for the bathroom and a hairdryer like most vacation rentals we have stayed at. Jessica was responsive to our questions and needs.
