About this apartment rental

One of Radium's premier condos - 3 bedroom overlooking the 18th green at The Radium Springs Golf Course. This second floor, end unit features:

Privacy and Views: The deck provides stunning golf course vistas, but is also shaded and secluded by mature trees.

All Day Sunshine: Since the deck wraps around two sides of the building (the condo is a corner unit), it experiences sunshine from morning until evening.

Second Floor Location: Compared to ground floor units the elevation is great for views, while the third floor would mean more stairs and no covered deck.

Fully Furnished: The condo comes with everything ready to go, even down to the bedding and cutlery etc.

Resort Facilities: Access to a pool, hot tub, children's play area and ski and golf storage.
Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Invermere Lake is a 15 minute drive/taxi from the property. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a public dock.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 30 minute drive from the resort parking lot.

Where do i start, we had an absolute fantastic time at this condo, with 4 adults and 2 kids we found the apartments to be very spacious with every need catered for, the 2 condos were spotless and with the pool right across the road the kids were over tbe moon, if i could give higher than 5 stars i certainly would!! Thanks again for letting our family enjoy your wonderful condo

The booking process was easy. The owners, Steve and Patricia, provided more than enough information prior to our arrival. The property was perfect four our group of four golfers. Beautifully maintained and spacious Condo accommodation. It comfortably accommodated 8 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ample kitchen supplies ...we did not lack anything and there were even welcoming treats waiting for us when we arrived. It was one of the nicest places we have ever rented and would certainly do so again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed a couple nights to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday and everything was great. Only thing I would suggest is to get the lock replaced in main bathroom door as it didn't lock so a bit of a hassel everytime using afraid someone would walk in. Other than that it was great.

The owners go above and beyond to provide excellence, whether it’s in the small extra details provided, the generously stocked unit, or their friendliness and ease to deal with. We loved everything about this place!

Patricia and Steve have thought of everything for this place. We have rented numerous places and this is the best stocked (everything you can imagine for the kitchen) we have ever seen. We would love to rent again however we have a small dog and it makes it hard that they don't allow pets. Would highly recommend for families and multiple couples. Great location!

We arrived at the condo and were very impressed how clean and how well stocked the kitchen, bathrooms, and the locked off suite were. We have stayed in condos many times but this one was set up the best. The condo is ideally located for the golfer or the family with kids who want a weekend away from home. The condo is located real close to everything so you can park your car for the weekend. There is an awesome park and splash pool for the kids about three blocks away. The condo complex is on the Radium Springs golf course with a close walk to the club house. Downtown Radium is only a 15 minute walk. Was a great get away and would not hesitate to book it in the future.

This condo is fully equipped for absolutely everything you’d need for a vacation! Great communication with the owners, and an extremely clean and well kept home. The little extras the hosts added in were very thoughtful and unnecessary! Each bathroom was stocked with shampoo, condition, and body wash as well as toilet paper and Kleenex. The pool area was enjoyed by all, and well maintained. We took in some great walking paths around the resort and Village of Radium. Overall, a remarkable stay! We will certainly be back to this condo and location, and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Had a great time here. The full unit actually includes a separate suite (still connected internally) that allowed us to put some distance between two unhappy children at nap/bed times so they couldn't keep each other up. The place was very nicely appointed, the location was great, easy walk into town for ice cream. Pool and multiple hot tubs at different temperatures were excellent for kids and adults. Played the springs course as well, very nice track, highly recommend. The place was so nice we made a point to check out the for sale listings, just saying.

My husband, myself and our three adult children stayed in this lovely property. It had everything we required including towels to use in the hot tub, which was open by appointment during Covid while we were there. The deck wrapping around the property is very large and provides a wonderful view. We would definitely stay there again.
