The building and unit are definitely dated and could use some updates. Parking was very difficult with the construction and work taking place on the outside of the building. However, the two balconies on the unit, the ability to rent cabanas on the beach and the amazing views were great! The location is definitely what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. Many restaurants and things to do in close proximity.

Location was fantastic, loved the pool and the beach cabanas.
The room was filthy, the floor was not cleaned, we started our trip by cleaning it ourselves, we couldn’t walk barefoot the way it was.
There was sand on the couch, so that wasn’t cleaned either.
And the sheets on one of beds were stained, so stained in fact that it was hard to believe they had been changed.
We requested new sheets and the new sheets had some kind of crusty stain on them. The next set they sent up were clean.
I’m very grateful that my sisters are such amazing ladies and we were able to enjoy ourselves anyway.
Next year we will stay somewhere else

Using the stairs on the 2nd day I literally slipped on the second floor landing because of spilled water and ice. I am lucky I didn't break my neck. I went to the front desk guy there & he said "Oh your arm is bleeding pretty bad". He then proceeded to give me 2 small band aids & 1 small alcohol wipe. I further stated that he should get someone to clean up the landing. A half hour later the water/ice was still there. I could easilly sue the Island Inn and still am debating whether to or not. Also, on the 2nd day I went to the on site Tiki Bar & ordered some food/drinks. Left my tab open leaving my credit card with the owner who was working the counter. I returned later signed my tab took my receipt & my blue Visa card that was under my receipt. I then proceeded with my girlfriend/her daughter walking to dinner. At the restaurant when I went to pay the tab & noticed the owner of the Tiki Bar at Island Inn gave me a very similar credit card back BUT it was someone else's visa. Thank God my girlfriend had an apple pay card that the restaurant accepted. So after dinner I went back to the Tiki Bar & the owner said "I hope you didn't use that card !?!" Of course I didn't, I was returning it. So then I went to my room and low & behold this woman owner left a note on my door several text messages and several voice messages demanding where was I & why did I take someone else's credit card. I will give the worst review I can about Island Inn, the Tiki Bar, I-Trips & Vrbo.

View was beautiful. Nice easy acess to the beach. Only complaint was the floors were dirty when we arrived

Property location is good. Set up of having two rooms connected was nice. Quality of furnishings was mixed. Many things old and worn. Rooms could use updating. More attention to cleaning process (dishes and coffee pot dirty, etc).

Comfortable accommodations.
Excellent beach view.

We had a great time! The room was excellent!

A great location for a quick weekend get away. Grocery store is close, restaurants and beaches even closer!

Dirty, not what was advertised, no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, kitchen not stocked well, stunk, no parking, coffee maker broke, beds filthy

It was just as pictured, close to the beach. Balcony is great for 2, a little too tight for 4 but we made it work. Kitchenette worked good for breakfast. There were some beach chairs, sand toys, and pool floats, which is always really nice to have included. Parking lot is small and gets filled up, it's just easier to park in their lot across the street. Pedestrian light crossing makes it super easy to get back and forth. The king bed on the one side was really comfortable.

The blow dryers did not work and we had a new one in 10 minutes ……

The location and the view and great, actually we pay the price only for that. The building and the appartment are badly maintenanced, the appartment was not clean and messy, furnitures and overtimed with broken drawers, rusty cupboards. The kitchen is poorly equipped. We requested a table for the terrasse and we never had answer. Even if we had great time with this gorgeous view on sunsets, the appartment worth half the price we paid for this 2 weeks rent.

Everything was great rooms where were clean. Great view of the beach and the sun set. Beautiful area, many restaurants and easy access to boat rental, enjoyed my stay.

Location is great, the apartment was clean and most furniture ok, the only issues:
One air was broken and couldn’t be fixed over the 4 days we stayed in. They gave us a fan to pull air from one room to the other and a decent discount.
Stove barely cooked, a scrambled egg took about 10’.
The beds and sofa mattresses are not suitable for people, they have lost all integrity and keep no shape whatsoever.
4.2
While the location was great, the room was pathetic. The ceiling above the (main???) bathroom had been repaired more than once. Every time the shower/tub above us was used, it rained into our tub. Gross. The beds were absolutely terrible. If those things were fixed, it would be decent.

Gorgeous views and uncrowded beaches!
We had a really nice and relaxing spring break vacay! Treasure Island has breathtaking sunsets, a trolley to take you around town and a lot of sea life to enjoy. Can't wait to make a trip back!

The property complex (Island Inn) was very nice. Fantastic beach with direct access. The pool is warm and clean with a decent Tiki Bar. There are barbecue grills and outside tables available.
I would definitely return but I would rent through Island Inn. Itrip is OK but reactive rather than proactive. We had adjoining studios with combo bedroom / living area / kitchens W/ great balconies. One unit had a non- working AC. They replaced it the next day - but why not do it before? The beds are very comfortable but only uncomfortable pub chairs in one unit decent sofas in the other. Patio furniture for 1 of 2 balconies. Spartan kitchen furnishings for one of 2 kitchens. 2 burner hot plates in both. The one in furnished kitchen barely works. No bathroom trash can. 1 bag for kitchen trash provided. No housekeeping and no broom to sweep you own sand. Mold in shower. So great complex - ITrip rooms just OK.

Location is key!
Location and views from patio were great. Cleanliness of the units were well below average. Ants in both bathrooms, floors were sticky and dirty (had to wear footwear at all times), shower curtains stained to the point you didn’t want to touch them, and showers/bathrooms were moldy.

We stayed in the two bedroom condo. It seemed like one side was way nicer than the other. The location was great, but needs to be updated. The front door looked like it hadn't been painted in a long time. We would probably come back just because you were right on the beach which was really nice.

Bed should be thrown out. Dirty old furniture. Ants. No power @ microwave wall. Hasn’t been updated in years. Charging premium price for inferior accommodations. Will not return nor recommend.

Wonderful beach view from unit and balcony. Nice smaller beach . Plenty of cooking options if needed.
Minor inconveniences: no hand soap, no hangers in closet, no wine bottle opener, only 1 wine glass
Dining chairs are extremely heavy and don't slide well . Sliding doors need cleaning- poor visibility out of Unit 208, unless doors are open but it was too chilly .

Great views , enjoyed stay
My best friend since the 6th grade , decided to spend time together and catch up, after 50 years! We had a great time , private spaces for both of us . The views and beach were so fabulous , condo had everything we needed . Couch arms were worn and dirty but we put extra set of sheets over the furniture and had a wonderful time ! The staff were so friendly as well ! Thank you , we will be back ! Lori M.

Very nice stay
Enjoyed the condo. Had all the amenities needed in the room. Would have liked to have assigned parking spot at the building to assist with elderly family.

This location is amazing. The property itself isn’t the best. This condo was dirty AF. Both sides. Contacted iTrip and he was accommodating ish.
I was refunded the cleaning fee. Fine. The mattresses were trash. The tan bathroom has an issue with the shut off valve. The kitchen sink faucet is extra wonky. I def don’t think we got what we paid for. But the view and the lack of people is worth it.

Overall, I am pleased with our stay. There are pros and cons, obviously. Pros would be that the unit is located right off the beach, the tiki bar by the pool was amazing, and the complex is within walking distance to the grocery store and several places to eat. Cons that need attention would be how dated the room is, broken stove (that clearly everyone else has left a review about, why has this not been fixed?), broken outlets on the 208 side aka. you can't really get 'ready' at the vanity because none of the outlets work, and I would not consider the kitchenettes to be fully equipped. There was maybe one pot and one pan? On the 208 side there was a blanket on the bed but no comforter so lack of bedding was an issue. It was helpful that the closet had beach chairs and toys.
If this room had simple updates it would make a huge difference eg. paint the walls and get up to date/matching decor, rugs at the entryways, cookware for both sides, and provide simple things like salt & pepper. The stove & outlet situation definitely needs attention because that is very unfair to your guests. However, for the most part the unit was clean and as advertised.

Property was perfect for our family. It had beautiful views and we loved how it had two balconies.

The location is on the beach - ON THE BEACH. and the view is the best of the sunset from the room and the balcony. Appliances all work great and huge dining table. Very pleased. Only one car can be parked on property! did not know that and paid for 2nd car. but paid parking is really close. so that was nice.
