From our family to yours....we've gone to great lengths to ensure this will be a fun-filled comfortable vacation for your friends and family. You will not regret your decision to book Happy Place once you enjoy watching breathtaking sunrises over the Clearwater bridge through the panoramic window views and sunsets from the well appointed patio. Our home boasts a roomy 1800+sf with 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with their own smart streaming TV's and DVD players, and 2 whimsical bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in beds, including two roll aways and a porta-crib for a little one. Our well appointed kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or prepare a wholesome holiday meal. Wifi is accessible throughout and on the patio. We are easily accessible on the 2nd floor, just above the covered parking garage, with direct access via the stairwell on the south side of the building or elevator in the lobby. From the patio and the family room, you will enjoy amazing views of the intracoastal waterway where you'll see dolphins swimming, schools of fish and the occasional manatee. The pool is also just a hop, skip and a jump away from the patio which also houses a gas grill for your grilling pleasure. We do supply some sundries to get you started including; 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 3 dishwashing pods, 3 washing machine pods and soap filled soap dispensers in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and some complimentary coffee to get you started your first morning in paradise. :-) There is also a hair dryer in each bathroom, plenty of bath towels, extra pillows and blankets in each closet and an iron and ironing board in master bedroom closet. Beach toys, cart, coolers, floats and beach tent are also provided for your beach days.

The house was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house was the most stocked of anywhere we have ever stayed. As long as you brought a toothbrush, everything else was provided for you.

The condo was wonderful and even nicer in person. It’s furnished and decorated beautifully, making it feel like home. Very convenient and close to everything. Parking was a breeze. Communication from owner was excellent. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Pros: The condo was beautiful, well appointed, and within walking distance to almost EVERYTHING and just a short drive to others. 10/10 for convenience. Kim was very attentive and always just a text away. Large balcony area with plenty of seating, overlooking the beautiful bay. Clean pool with heated water for the days the ocean was way too cold CONS: Large balcony area that was unique to our unit was commonly used by other guests. There was no marking of the area so we had to constantly tell others that the area was for our use only. Most of the time we allowed the other guests to stay but at times had to ask them to leave due to noice and smoking. Construction began above us day two of our vacation. Beginning at 9 am we got to hear banging and yelling. When booking, construction was never mentioned, we just woke up to stomping and banging above us. We tried to stay out of the unit most of the day to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Had we decided to just have a peaceful day inside, we would have had to endure lots of noise. Most of the parking was roped off due to construction hazard so we really had to decide if we wanted to drive somewhere and risk not finding a parking spot when we returned.

Our second time staying at the property, and can’t wait for our third next year. Host is excellent and communicates exceptionally fast and clear. The property is well equipped, gorgeous location and nicely updated and very clean. Highly recommend!

We had a great week staying at the condo in Clearwater. Great location central to everything steps out the door. Great patio to hang out on. We were very impressed with all the amenities that were provided with the condo beach stuff coolers ect! Beds were really comfortable just overall A+++ thank you!!

This property was in like new condition. Well stocked with linens, appliances in kitchen. The location was within walking distance of much or the restaurants and nightlife in Clearwater beach. Easy walk to the beach itself and marina if you plan to fish. Great access to outdoor spaces. Amazing view of sunrise in the front window. Really could not have asked for more. Thank you for a great time.

The online description says it best! Happy Place- it’s true- Relaxing place- beautiful place- fun place- This is our second time renting this property and we are looking forward to #3 in the future! Kim was very responsive when a question was asked- and her property is very well equipped just as it is described in the listing. If you’re heading to Clearwater Beach- I highly recommend Kim’s place- just not when I want to be there! ;-)

My friends and I have a 20+ year tradition of meeting in Clearwater Beach to get away from the long Chicago winter to play some beach volleyball, so we have stayed at many hotels, and many VRBO properties, and Kim’s place is by far the best we have ever stayed! It was exactly as described. Very well furnished, great location, spacious, and gorgeous view of the gulf inlet. The pool was a nice added benefit that we enjoyed. The open space with picnic tables and grills was also very nice, although we did not use it we saw others enjoying it. Will definitely book Kim’s place again in the future if it’s available, perfect for our needs!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and had anything and everything you could possibly need. It’s very spacious so 8 of us had plenty of room and didn’t feel on top of each other. The beach was a short walk from the condo. Kim was very responsive when needed and extremely nice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again!

The condo was incredible. We were blown away when we walked in with the decor and cleanliness. There were endless beach supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, blankets, anything you could imagine needing. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk and so many good restaurants were steps away. We used the patio every morning! We will absolutely be back to Kim’s place! 12/10!!!

My family and I had a FANTASTIC stay at the Happy Place condo. Kim was a fabulous host who checked in with us for anything we needed without being overbearing. We had everything we could ever need, including all the beach equipment and toys we could dream of! The kitchen is also fully stocked which made for some fabulous family dinners. And the Jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long day in the sun. I can't thank Kim enough for our wonderful stay! We hope to be back VERY soon!!

We stayed here for Spring Break the first week of March 2022! We could not have been happier! Kim is a wonderful host and very attentive to details. Her communication is fantastic as well! The condo's design and decorating are so beautiful! Seating and bedding are very comfortable. The patio is a wonderful place to relax, read, enjoy a beverage, or even be lucky enough to watch a couple of dolphins in the harbor. The kitchen has all your needs! There are numerous towels, linens, fans, baby needs, closet space, etc. for any family's needs. The laundry room is quiet and always much appreciated. The showers and jetted tub were wonderful to wind down at the end of the day! There are numerous beach toys, chairs, tent, umbrella, coolers--we didn't need to bring anything! We loved our days at the beach and by the pool just steps away--plenty of sun and shade. Lots of things to do in walking distance--mini golf, shopping, good food places, music, amazing sunsets, boat tours. This is by far the best vacation place we have stayed at---it was simply perfect! Our family loved our stay and I wish I could have stayed longer!!!!

We had such a fantastic stay! Traveling with 2 couples and 3 children and had everything we could possibly need and more! We used the pool nearly every day and truly appreciated the plethora of beach necessities and toys so we didn’t have to pack our own or buy while we were there. Plenty of linens, laundry in the unit, full kitchen, and FANS available for each room helped make our stay feel like we were at home and more comfortable while away! Many thanks to Kim for being such a fabulous host! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I along with my Sister and BIL definitely had a great time here. Cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in, decorated nicely with a warm and inviting atmosphere, all the extra nice touches, well stocked for the beach - even a mini cooler. Kim was quick to respond and polite even though it was my failure to read her message entirely and really shouldn’t have had to call her. Definitely would stay here again. I give her an A++

The space is great, the amenities are perfect, and the house is stocked with whatever you might need. You are just a couple of short blocks from the ocean and the walk along it is beautiful. Kim answered our questions very promptly and we had a wonderful time together with our family. I highly recommend this condo for your get away!
