Apartment is upstairs. There is a kitchenette including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Spacious bedroom with comfortable queen bed. Have your morning coffee or tea sitting outside on the deck enjoying the view of Fiscallini Ranch Preserve, Monterey Pine forest and the ocean in the distance. If you're lucky you may see deer and wild turkeys in the yard.

In order to walk to East or West Village for shopping and dining you will be required to walk downhill on Pine Knolls Drive to Main Street and then back uphill to the apartment. It is about a 5 minute walk to Main Street.

We’ve stayed here many times and have enjoyed every minute! Quiet, clean, and every amenity you could need is provided, and then some. The hosts are easy to communicate with, and the space is exactly as represented. We love staying here!

Super clean apartment! Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings watching the deer - the view is awesome. The apartment is set on top of a hill, you look down on Main Street and Highway 1. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are top notched!!

Gerry & Paula paid great attention to detail and made us feel pampered and at home. Very clean and new apartment, everything worked, adequate utensils, kitchen stocked including a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. Orange juice, cream, coffee, waffles, English muffins, butter, and oatmeal provided for breakfast!!
The bed and sofa were perfectly comfortable. The shower was wonderful, brand new.
Very easy to check in and out. Paula was available and responsive if you should need anything.
I’m really glad we chose this place versus staying down near the Main Street. Super easy to drive into town for restaurants and shopping when desired. This place was private, quiet, beautiful views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. In nature and we saw deer and birds from our kitchen window.

What a great lil place. Such a quiet location with great views of the Cambria valley area. The place is well appointed with everything you would need and very comfortable with the heaters for those cold mornings. Gerry and Paula are so nice and live on site so just know that if there is ever an issue, it will be taken care of quickly. They weren’t kidding either. We saw several deer on the evening we checked in as well as a whole bunch of wild turkey walking down the road. We will definitely stay again if in the Cambia area.

Have stayed in many hotels in Cambria. The Treehouse is a nice spot to get away from crowds on Moonstone drive and in town at the end of the day. Property is very clean and comfortable and well stocked. Gerry and Paula have covered every detail. We will return!

The property is in excellent condition. The hospitality is the best you will find. The location is excellent for accessing everything you need. Finally, go with the restaurant selections that are suggested, in a word “excellent”.

Very nice, quiet, peaceful, fairly new upstairs apartment, large rooms, 2 fireplaces, beautiful Property with deer in back yard most days. Host couple are more than gracious. Would stay here again.

Property was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed watching the deer in the mornings. It was a short drive to the Elephant seal rookery at Pierdas Blancas, I love to visit the seals this time of year. Close to town but, I do recommend driving due to the steep streets. I definitely want to return in the summer.

Well appointed upper apartment. Heaters work very well. Very cozy stay. Great location and easy to get around Cambria. Beautiful views from the living room. We would like to return to take advantage of the balcony, in nicer weather. And, we loved seeing deer and wild turkeys in the yard.

A cozy apartment with a beautiful view in a quiet, secluded neighborhood--you'll even see deer in the backyard! Very clean, tidy, comfortably furnished with continental breakfast available in the fridge and complimentary bottle of wine.
Although too steep to walk to the downtown, it's just a minute's drive away to good restaurants and shops.
Gerry was a great host and responded timely to questions and requests. Thanks for the lovely time at your property!

Gerry and Paula were gracious hosts. The place was very clean with lots of amenities. Coffee, English Muffins and a much appreciated welcome bottle of wine were provided. Very close to Main Street in Cambria and to Moonstone Beach. About 30 miles from Paso Robles for some fun wine tasting. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gerry and Paula.

Lucky me to have found this lovely get-away on the coast! I always come away feeling refreshed and renewed; Gerry & Paula are delightful and make their little spot welcoming, clean, and spotless. The breathtaking costal views are right at your fingertips -- hiking, exploring, and just enjoying a relaxing glass of wine -- which I must add the hosts very nicely provide!

We had such a lovely time spending our wedding anniversary at this home. Everything exceeded our expectations from the location which was just a 5 minute car ride to Main Street and the ocean and just the quietness of the neighborhood. The apartment is a separate property detached from the owners residence next door with a private entrance. The owners provided a nice bottle of wine upon arrival and the apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities such as an electrical tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, etc. The entire apartment was clean and just cozy especially the upper deck just outside the entrance which provided an enjoyable area to read, have an afternoon glass of wine and enjoy a takeout dinner. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Cambria.

A Perfect Treehouse!
Gerry & Paula have created the perfect little tree house! This unit provides everything you need to enjoy the Cambria coast. The unit is always spotless and offers all the amenities necessary for a relaxing time. I have become a "regular camper" and have to say 5 stars is not enough!

What a wonderful place for two people. Sitting on a hill in Cambria is this wonderful place. Close to many fun places to visit. Plus the wines of Templeton and Paso Robles. We found the 6 local pickleball courts and made many new friends. We will be back!!

A Retreat for the Soul
This is our third time staying here. It was my husband's birthday and the owners left a card and (a really good) bottle of wine to help us celebrate. The place is quiet, clean, spacious, with a small deck from which we can see the ocean while sipping that wine and eating cheese from the farmer's market. A joy and a blessing to stay here. I always wish I could stay longer.

Cozy retreat close to town.
A cozy upstairs detached apartment with a nice view. The location was peaceful, tucked in an uphill neighborhood from the center of town. Gerry and Paula were very accommodating and welcoming hosts.
