Amazing not issues other than the water didn’t get hot at all.

the property is well located in a quiet area. Despite the fact that we did not go out to enjoy the nearby places because we were there for a few days, the house has all the facilities and we all had a nice weekend with the family.

The house was clean, but my wife complained of a musty smell when we first arrived. There is no air conditioning and that fact should be made clear in the listing. Our grandchildren had fun with the various toys in the house. The lake and its beach are very nice.

We had a great family weekend at the house - there was plenty of room for all 12 of us - five bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms ! And an easy walk to the lake, clubhouse and swimming area.

The house was lovely and everything worked. Having separate thermostats in each room was a great help. We have a large family group for dinner and there was enough seating area for everyone. All in all it was a good experience, no one had any complaints!

Deers among us
The group of guys I was with but basically a bunch of hunters so they love the fact that there's plenty of deer around to look at it. Overall the property was nice and it was a peaceful place to stay no hustle and bustle of the city.

The two positives about this rental, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and the area spending time with friends.
The home is in need of a little TLC. Smaller than appears on site.
Laundry list of rules received day before arrival.

We had a nice stay at Igor and Yeva's place. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly rental at a reasonable rate that was also set up in a multi family-friendly way. The bedroom and bathroom layout of the home was ideal for our group since it was two separate families—so each had a separate "base" for overnight. It was quite cold during our trip, so we spent more time than anticipated inside the house and the two living rooms on the first floor made for great playing areas for the kids during the day, but then a nice hangout area for the adults after kids' bedtimes. The Roku for the main TV was pre-programmed for the duration of our stay, which was a nice touch.Communication with Igor and Yeva ahead of the trip was very good and we had clear house rules and instructions for check-in and check-out that were easy to follow. Nothing big came up during our stay that necessitated communication during the trip. The house was well stocked with necessities for cooking and helpful non-perishables. Having cleaning supplies, towels, and blankets/comforters supplied was a big help too.The few negatives for us were very minor and didn't take away from an overwhelmingly positive experience:1. Cleanliness of the home was a little bit below expectations—specifically the carpets in the living rooms, trash left in a waste basket in one of the bedrooms, and needing to rewash some dishes and cookware before using them.2. The water pressure in the kitchen sink and upstairs bathtub was really lacking. We also couldn't get hot water at the kitchen sink unless we turned off the cold water feed altogether.3. There had been significant snowfall in the area before our stay, so there were still some icy patches in the driveway and the decks that were tricky to navigate. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Igor and Yeva's place again in the future. It would be great to experience during a summer (and once we're in a better place with COVID) where we could appreciate more of the community/lake amenities and the hiking opportunities nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was comfortable. Nice upgrade to the bathrooms. The only problem we had was some of the outlets throughout the house weren’t working, so it made it difficult charging electronics. But I would recommend the house.

Family Vacation
I recently planned this last minute vacation for my family and my brothers family. 9 people in total. 3 adults and 6 kids. It was my second time using VRBO. I stumbled upon this place and was so happy it was available for a few day that were perfect for both of our schedules. I can’t begin to thank Igor and his family. This place was perfect. The set up of the house was great. Plenty of rooms, beds, space for our kids to hang out. The community was very friendly and we were amazed by all the wonderful amenities that we offered to us. The kids made so many great memories together. The area had so much to offer, beautiful hikes, places to visit and the dollar general down the street came very handy a few times. We hope to stay here again someday.

Mini vacation
The location of the property was great! Kids had a blast and was enough room so they weren’t on top of each other. Communication was excellent between the owners and myself. It was odd not being able to flush toilet paper set down the toilet but we obeyed the rules! Overall we had no problems and everyone was happy with our vacation!

We did not like this cabin -no charming at all-old and smelly! We will never go back here!
