Very good HOTEL with reasonable prices and friendly staff

The HOTEL is very modern, with good furniture and sanitary ware. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was with a king-size bed and bonus breakfast, thanks to Booking, which was very pleasant and agreable.

The breakfast was unvaried: only eggs, no coffee and juice. The location is quite far from the City centre, but public transport is quite good, so it was no problem to get around.

За три дня ни разу не дали воду,ванные принадлежности (гель для душа ,шампунь ,зубную щетку и пасту ),неоднократно звонили на ресепшен Уборка номера не производилась

Éloigné du centre, pas de service… bcp de points à améliorer.

Personnel très sympa mais très peu parlent anglais Chambre au 4e catastrophique!! Chambre au 5e étage sympa.

1) ils n’avaient pas enregistrés ma réservation, on arrive à 4h du matin on a réservé 2 chambres on se retrouve à 5h dans une petite chambre à 5!!! 2) on me compte 20 manat pour une assiette de fruits, je ne reçois pas le reçu. 3) ma fille et moi même sommes tombés dans l’escalier de la piscine tellement le sol était glissant, aucun panneau et personne pour essuyer le sol ? C’est inscrit 5 étoiles mais c’est plutôt entre le 2 et le 3. Juste merci au personnel du petit déjeuner qui sont très sympas.

Not the best, not the worst

I liked the pool and the fact that we got the room we payed for at least

- staff that was indiferent or rather slow in helping us - not cleaning the room for at least once (not even the garbage taken out) for 1 week we stayed there - not being punctual about breakfest (it started at 8 AM on papers, but all the food was out at 8:30 AM) - food being monotonous and way too many eggs

Merkezi konumda değil ama fiyat/performans bir otel. Kahvaltı açık büfe gayet yeterli.

Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli.

Konumu çok merkezi değil. Odaların temizliği çok iyi değil ve genel olarak biraz daha bakımlı olabilir. Odalar gereğinden fazla sıcaktı, klimalar merkezi olduğundan sanırım soğutma modu aktif değildi, camı açarak idare ettik.

Big rooms, great service, friendly staff and best value for money

The hotel rooms are bigger than most of the hotels in Baku, probably the biggest in the city. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff are friendly, very helpful and provide great service to the guests. Had a great and pleasant stay.

I appreciate those who have been nice and kind and cooperative during our stay.

A bit far from metro stations and city centre. The room was clean. Mr. Ali, Mr. Iskendar and a lady at reception have been kind, cooperative and helpful.

House keeping staff and restaurant staff for serving breakfast were not good and non professional. They need to be trained that how to deal with clients, how to talk to the cients and how to serve clients. The house keeping staff did not clean the room even if we turned on the option of "Make my room" I complained many times and we were assured of best services, but sorry to say that there was no results. Even, house keeping clean the room but they did never cleaned properly. The breakfast was not good and not as mentioned or shown in hotel profile. The main probem was language problem. Only a couple of staff among reception could communicate in English, whereas the rest staff dont know even a word of english.

I visited this hotel from 12 to 13 July 2023. It was a business trip. Hotel is convenient because it is located only few minutes far from the airport. The room was clean, the breakfast is perfect.

Great value of money, and amazing staff

We liked the most the staff they are just amazing every single one of them, they are extremely helpful and nice. You can't ask for a better staff. The recipients (at the morning and at night shifts) are very welcoming and they helped us in everything, ordered taxis for us. We went as a family with two kids, the staff were extremely nice with them and even when they kept jumping around and we tried to stop them they asked us to let them play around. The rooms size is big Additionally we took a late check out. They price is very good with the service, the lunch is good with a low price. Additionally the shuttle service is very good, my family had to meet me in the airport, so the Taxi driver took care of taking out the luggage.

These are some recommendations: - if possible add more diversity to the breakfast - if possible to clean or change the carpet - if possible have baby coat for visters with kids.

The address they mentioned on booking Com is wrong that location is closed already I had to to book another taxi to go to New location

Very high level

I visit Baku several times a year. GM city is on of the hotels whit the best quality/price combination. Even thats the location is not in the center but it takes only 5-10 minutes to go to the center. Other things are perfect. For me cleanliness of the room is the most important factor and in this sphere everything was totally cool.

The breakfast was the worst ever. We had booked a room with breakfast, but there was no food in the restaurant, they only provided tea/coffee and a piece of bread and some biscuits.

Super helpful and sweet receptionist, she helped us out with anything we wanted to to around Baku.

It’s not very central and also far away from the metro. You have to rely on Bolt.
