Bed is comfortable, room is clean

The staff doesnt speak a word english so communicating is impossible. Also, they behave like common people from the street without any knowledge how to treat guests. Dont get me wrong theyre genuinly nice and try hard, but they need training, which is really more the managements fault. F.e. entering rooms without permission from the guest if you asked for something etc.. asking the guests for tips... Avoid staying on the 4th floor as the doors doesnt block the noise from the staff throughout the day.

All liked it. Good location. Everything is nearby. To the beach 15 minutes walk. Near the cafe you can have breakfast. Friendly staff.

We absolutely loved Aaria residency. What was supposed to be a short stay (2 weeks) ended up being over a month as it was so relaxing and comfortable! Here is what we loved: - Location: the hotel is located just 1min walk from the town where you can access groceries etc. The beach is just a 2min drive if you have a scooter or 5 min walk. The hotel surroundings are lovely and you can see so much nature. We saw eagles, owls, monkeys, frogs, puppies! - The room: They kindly upgraded our room to a suite, the room was super clean, comfortable and spacious. We are both remote workers so having 2 rooms and with a desk was ideal. The room had fridge, kettle, a TV with Netflix and there was also a balcony with 2 chairs. - Amenities: The hotel has a cafe with great breakfast food and dinner. The pool area was clean and a nice place to relax with the pool staying open later and many lounge chairs. There was also an upstairs lounge area with hanging chairs, tables and an amazing view of the sunset. A nice place to work or just relax! - Staff: All the staff were so kind and helpful (restaurant, reception, cleaners etc). The property is very safe and there is also 24/7 reception if you need anything. - The Wi-Fi was v high speed, there was like 5 different Wi-Fi networks available which was great if there was any issues. I read a lot about power cuts in Goa and was worried it would affect work. However, this only happened occasionally in the morning for no more than a minute. So I can say after a month of working and several video calls - I had no issues! Would really recommend booking this fantastic hotel and thank you to all of the staff for making our stay a great experience. We will be back!

Solid Affordable Stay

Nice rooms, nice pool, very helpful staff.

AC didn’t work - but they moved me rooms. Quite a Ruski hang out, was quite sad to see their behaviour towards the staff.

I had a wonderful experience at the Aaria Residency. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Good find . But definitely miles away from being a proper stay.

What i liked about the stay , were the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were okay.. They had a cafe which offered decent food at good. Rates. Wifi was present. Generally good location too.

- The towels were fresh. however there were multiple stains on them. - The allotted room has that smell of a closed room. Atleast they should make sure that the room is of fresh air when renting out -Wifi wasnt the strongest or fastest

Oasis of Calm!

I am so terribly grateful to Mr. Manjit and the staff at Aaria for helping me at a terrible time: I got out of the taxi in Arambol, two hours out of the Goa airport, and discovered I had left my passport on the plane! Mr Manjit went out of his way to call people and get forms ready and offer advice, in a way that helped me out myself back together again. As for the hotel, it is spotless, quiet, beautifully situated and eith comfortable huge rooms - no small rarity in Arambol!

Staff was perfect,specialy Manager Mangit was very helpful,give us many usefull information,hotel is within 15 mintues of Arambol beach, its kinda commercial beach with lot of good resturant,you can swim and relax at beach. Next you can find lake that has amazing view.around of hotel there are many shops that you can find all type of fruites and local food.traffic is horrible! So its better rent a bike and see other nearby beaches.you can find some cafes for night life activity with live music.for ordering food even you tell NO SPICY , you will get spicy :). Arambol was reasonbly Safe, other beaches also safe and more local culture.
