Great place. Very charming. Real southwest vibe. Will stay again.

This property did not disappoint.
What a cute little home for a couple. Landscape is well maintained with a lawn around half of the house. We decided not to bring our fur baby which turned out good. Although the lawn was great, no fence.
The bed was so soft-slept so well and that tub...AMAZING!!!

Loved the house and it was a great location for old town Mesillia. The house was very clean and well equipped for a long stay. We were only there for 5 days but had everything we needed and in a very quiet neighborhood. This was the first time we had rented a vacation house from owner and we were very pleased.

This cozy casita was very comfortable for two, and was an easy walk to Mesilla Plaza. Would definitely stay again.

Recluse spider bites added at no charge!

The casita was clean, quiet, and cozy and within walking distance to the Plaza in Mesilla. There were plenty of clean towels and the washer and dryer were convenient.
Although the bed was too soft for our preference, we appreciated bedside tables on both sides of the bed.
Wifi enabled us to watch movies on our computers since there were no instructions for using the tv for streaming.
The casita would be perfect for those who mostly wish to eat out since there was very little space available for our food supplies. Although there were utensils, the knives were poor quality and the Keurig coffeemaker wasn’t working.
But overall, the casita was comfortable and convenient.

Wonderfully appointed casita, great veranda. Perfect if you want to spend time in Mesilla, walking distance to plaza and restaurants. 30 minutes from Organ Mountains NM and great hikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Little Casita... Definitely!
Spent two nights while in the Las Cruces area. We arrived to find a great little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of town and very close to Mesilla Plaza. Perfect place for a single person and a couple. We had a very pleasant stay and can't wait to come here again when we visit our kid at NMSU. Thank you for a great place to cool off and rest our heads!

House was just perfect for our stay. Walked to Plaza for dinner and shopping and 10 minutes to University to watch NMSU Baseball. Great trip.

The casita was easy to find and had plenty of space to park. It felt private and there was a fence/wall between neighbors which were quiet. Cute local decor and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure was good. Very clean house. Easy short walk to the local town center of Mesilla.

This wonderful little house is the perfect way to feel like part of the neighborhood! The casita is exactly the right size and filled with all the sweet details of a loved home. We spent mornings on the porches and evenings walking the neighborhood to the town square. The kitchen was fully stocked and had morning sunlight coming through the window. The bathroom's clawfoot tub was a pleasure. The bedroom comfortable; great bed and linens, a lovely rocking chair, good reading lights.
For this woman from the south, it was wonderful to experience this area and it's very distinctive style!

A Good morning We, my husband myself, and two dogs stayed in your casita this past weekend. It was a wonderful stay! We fell in love with the casita. It was so comfy, clean and well stocked. At some later date we would love to return for a longer stay. We did not find a sofa cover for the dogs, but we had taken one of our own. I wasn’t sure if we were to wash bedding and towels , so we did launder the towels but not the bedding. We were on our way when I remembered that I hadn’t removed the towels from the dryer. I did leave a message for Ms Arellano informing her of the towels.

Location location location
This Casita is a sweet find. Tucked away deep into Old Mesilla with lots of charm. We walked all around the Plaza, enjoyed the dog friendly restaurants, and lounged on our porch to watch the rain. The house had everything we needed for our two night stay and we would be happy to book here again in the future.

Very private. Walking to Mesilla Plaza was an important feature for us. The property was well kept. Outdoor portal very inviting. It will be especially helpful as weather warms up. Casita was well appointed and yes charming. Everything we needed was there. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Loved it
Thank you for the lovely stay in your bungalow. Love the place. The home is wonderfully decorated and it was the perfect spot for exploring Mesilla, Las Cruces, White Sands and beyond. Highly recommended.

Charming Casita
My husband and I felt immediately at home and especially enjoyed sitting (rocking) on the porch with a beverage. It included everything we needed and had some beautiful pieces of furniture. Would stay here again.

Lovely Casita.
It was our 2nd time to get a few days in Mesilla, I had forgotten how quiet it is tucked away from any traffic. Wonderful.

Perfect place for a get away! Highly recommend.
Great location! Private but an easy walk to the historic plaza. Our dogs loved it too - big grassy yard. Would definitely book again.

Charming and quiet
A great place for people with dogs with the big private yard. Very quiet, charming and eclectic. The place had almost everything you would need. We did think a new mattress and pillows would be good. The mattress is sagging and pillows are flat. Also a door on the bedroom would be nice. Finally when we arrived there was supposed to be a brown couch cover for the dogs which we couldn’t find anywhere. We covered the couch with the doggie blanket meant for the bed. The neighborhood is pretty and friendly and it’s was a nice short walk to the plaza.

Perfect little casita
Everything as promised. We had all we needed and it was perfectly clean and cozy. I'll definitely make this my go-to place to stay in the Mesilla/Las Cruces area!

Perfect little casita and accommodations
This little casita was perfect for us and our dogs. It had everything we needed for our visit and it was nestled in a quiet location but within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We would return and stay again.

Nice place with good upgrades
Quite neighborhood.

Very cute, comfortable, and relaxing
If you like a soft mattress this is a five star stay. If you like a firm sleeping surface a four star.
This place appears to be in the boondocks when you’re there, but you’re 10 minutes from New Mexico State University, five minutes from fantastic Mexican Food or a local brewery, five minutes from local winery and 10 minutes from a Sprouts Market.
It’s quiet, lovingly decorated in the classic southwestern style, very safe, is perfectly equipped for cooking and relaxing, and also has plenty of safe and proximate parking.
Most all the comforts of home.
Highly recommend.

Still great!
I’ve become a regular at the casita as I make frequent trips to Mesilla to see old friends and to golf in the area. The charm of the house just keeps growing on me, and the proximity to the plaza and to walks in the more agricultural areas is a huge plus. I get to over-indulge in my favorite restaurant foods (red enchiladas at Los Mariachis and red Chile Alfredo at Pastaggio’s are my favorites) and La Posta always pleases. But sometimes I just make something in the well-equipped kitchen. The bed is super comfy,. I’ll keep coming back.
