Overall we had a great stay at this property. We had ten adults and felt like the space accommodated us perfectly. The two living areas were nice to hang out in- foosball table was a fun perk! We all fit in the dining room for family dinner. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Location is very nice as well.
We did have a couple issues. Check in is 4pm and we weren’t able to actually get in the property until 4:30 because they were still cleaning when we arrived. The cleaning crew was nice and apologetic, but still a bit disappointing to not be able to get in and relax after a long drive. We also couldn’t figure out how to get the AC running. iTrip was responsive to these issues even with it being a holiday week so that was appreciated.
Overall we would consider staying here again in the future!

Great place

This is a nice condo and served our group of 10 guys well. While it is listed as sleeping 12, that's only true if you have two people in each of the 3 queen beds, which we did not, so a couple of guys slept on couches. The location is excellent, short walk to the ski slope on the road or the path (we found the road was a bit shorter). The private hot tub is primo. Good kitchen. 2-car garage was very handy. It appears to be well sound-insulated from the neighbors, since we made a fair amount of noise and nobody complained!

This property worked well for 6 adults and four children- plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked to cook for a large group. Easy access to mountain- all in all great for a family ski vacation.

This house was perfect for our family. Loved the bunk bed room and lower level living area for the kids to play. The kitchen was well over equipped with everything needed to make a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner! The house was cozy and the hot-tub on the back deck was an added bonus. We will definitely book again in the future!

Would come back to this unit and location. Also loved the layout for our family and friends.

We loved our stay! We were in town for Run Rabbit and this place fit our needs perfectly! It was close to the start of the race and to downtown. All the spaces were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out for preparing meals. We feel fortunate that we chose this spot for our stay. Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place!

we had a great family celebration stay! it was super hot, but we were able to use the hot tub in the evenings. we had the perfect number of beds too. everything was fully equipped in the kitchen. we had fun with the foosball table as well. would come back again.

Perfect house for our group In a great location. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

Well designed unit with multiple spaces for young and old. We were two grandparents and our daughters and their families (four adults and five children aged 1 1/2 to 14). Each family unit had bedrooms on separate floors and the downstairs bedrooms were separate enough from the game room that noise was not an issue when younger children went to sleep.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes and gratefully an array of spices that we could use. The refrigerator was huge which was helpful with our larger group.
The shuttle came by frequently to pickup skiers and it was also an easy walk to the slopes. The unit’s hot tub was not available but there was a community one right across the street that was large and usually free of others.
For those interested in tennis, the tennis center was a three minute drive with lots of clinics and a friendly helpful staff.
We all had a great week!

We had a fantastic stay at the property.

The space worked well for our family’s needs. The kitchen is well provided. Maintenance fell a bit below expectations— The living room could use a new coat of paint and the garage floor was quite dirty. When one pays this kind of rent, one expects these details to be looked after. The company’s representative who came to the house was excellent and solved a couple of minor problems, a cracked toilet seat for one. A good, utilitarian facility but not a great one.

In town for a wedding
Perfect place to stay for our family in town for a wedding. The bedroom layout was perfect for our daughters who are now married. The bunk room was great for our single boys. Easy location for getting up the mountain for a wedding but also into town for some fun. Thanks for sharing with us.

A Convenient Place To Stay for Skiing
We were a large group of adults from 1 family, 9 in total, and the set up of this house was perfect. It was close enough to walk to and from the gondola area several times a day if you needed or wanted to. There was also a convenient shuttle that ran regularly which you could take. The house is quite spacious and with the 2 living areas you could get some quiet from the larger crowd if you needed. We also used the hot tub quite a bit and it was much appreciated! The kitchen in this house is amazing! If you have any desire to cook there is no appliance or tool that is not available, it is great! Also, there are tons of pantry staples available so you don't have to spend money on basics, they are there. It is also quite easy to get to shopping and downtown Steamboat from the house.

OK place to stay
All in all it was an OK stay. I wouldn't describe it as a terrible stay, but I wouldn't stay there again. The management company was responsive when I asked about checkout terms and sent all of the check-in information promptly before checkin.
Had we reached out about some of the below issues, I'm confident that they would have addressed some of them, but we didn't want the hassle.
Pros:
The space was good for two families (4 adults, 7 kids). The location was good for a quick drive to the ski lodge or a 12-minute walk to the lodge without ski boots.
The complimentary private shuttle was difficult to schedule and we ended up using our own car, a different rental company's shuttle and/or the public shuttle which has a stop across the street.
Its only 5 minutes to the Safeway grocery store and convenient to get to both the town and ski lodge.
The beds were comfortable and clean and there were ample towels. The kitchen is well-stocked with tools and spices/oils/condiments, etc.
Cons:
I agree with another reviewer that noted there is too much furniture and decor cluttering the space. It feels much more like you are staying at someone's home rather than in a vacation rental (if that makes sense?).
The basement drain was clogged and the basement shower has an awkward entry. We did not reach out to management about this, but just dealt with it ourselves.
The temperature control in the shower is difficult as well. It goes from scalding hot to ice cold without any temperature adjustment.
Several dishes were dirty (perhaps a housekeeping oversight). We did not reach out to management about this, but just dealt with it ourselves.
The walls/doors/floors are thin, so once one child is up, the entire house is up.
The parking is limited and the garage spaces are too tight to fit two standard (not large) SUV's. The neighboring unit parked into our space, so we had to park one car directly behind the other making transport difficult.

Steamboat Springs - cascades
The place was getting dated and the larger furniture made it difficult to move around especially the dining/kitchen area. Difficult to get into the hot tub- nothing to help get you in. Kitchen was well appointed.
That being said- the place was fine and location good ( presently road construction took longer to get to exit but it is summer and season for road construction.
Good location to Mountain- in Winter - it must be nice.
Good time was had by all and would come back to Steamboat.

Just right for our family of 11
This home accommodated our family vacation quite well. We were 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 2-10. The beds were comfortable, plentiful towels, well stocked kitchen, and games provided. We loved the location, the kids especially loved the charming little mountain stream across the street, and in addition we had a mother moose and her young calf come through the neighborhood one morning. The location was convenient to the bike path and walkable to a few restaurants. The downside had nothing to do with the house, but rather wild fires north of SB making the air Smokey and 1 70 traffic detoured through town, as well as the alpine slide and the river were closed. We did love our hikes, beautiful golf course, wild flowers and wild life and found a lake to paddle board in at Stagecoach State Park.

Photos gave a very accurate image of rooms and layout. Great for large family (11) get together. Hot tub a big hit with kids (and me).

June 2021 Family Vacation
Clean comfortable townhome was perfect for 3 families. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances, utensils and dishes. Private Hot tub was a nice touch - relaxing for adults and fun for kids. Lots of bike/walk trails in the neighborhood- perfect for kids to practice their biking skills and for early morning walks/runs. Management was responsive to any questions we had and check in/check out were quick and easy. Drawbacks: - 1. Double garage was not big enough - none of our vehicles fit inside (2 - F150s and a Chevy 2500). Fortunately none of the other units were occupied while we were there so we could park in the driveway. 2. Fridge looks big but shelves are very shallow - couldn’t store food for 12 for 5 days. 3. No pantry to store food. Had to use counters to store food which left little space to prepare meals. (Basically the kitchen was too small for a party of 12 who wanted to cook all their own meals. Wouldn’t be a problem for a smaller group or a group who ate out a lot!) 4. There was a fair amount of road noise at night - however, this wouldn’t be noticeable in winter when all the windows would be closed. Overall, this is a great place to stay, with easy access to the resort, to downtown and to the Core trail. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious
We took our 3 kids ages 15,13,12 on a last minute trip to see the mountains and learn how to ski. We were lucky to get this home for a few days. The layout was really nice. Everyone got their own bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. I was impressed with the kitchen appliances and cooking pots and pans etc available. The place was clean! Any time we needed anything management was very helpful! We all enjoyed the hot tub every night! Nothing bad to say about this place and we would definitely stay again! Check in was a breeze. Thanks for sharing the home with us!

Great Ski Trip
Booked the Cascades at Eagle Ridge for a ski trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The property was a good choice for a medium sized group of 10. The parking during the winter is a little left to be desired as most everyone in the group drove a full sized truck and were unable to fit any more then 1 vehicle inside the garage (diagonally)... but we worked around it. The home was sizable for the group and provided every amenity we were looking for during the visit. The shuttle service is likely one of the easiest and most accessible shuttle services we have used in Steamboat - all that was needed was a phone call to schedule the service and it was handled! I will definitely be looking at iTrip properties in the future for booking ski trips.

Planning a return trip
We were 9 people and were so comfortable in this property. We all had privacy and never got in each others way. We ranged in ages from 2 years old to 80 years. This property was great for us.

Great spot!
This property was exactly what we needed for a five night stay in Steamboat! The location is great and has quick access to a shuttle to the mountain right across the street. The two-car garage and driveway space was great for multiple vehicles. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and condiments and private hot tub was amazing.

Terrific, spacious unit!!
With 6 adults and 5 children, 3-10 years of age, the layout of this property was PERFECT!! Each family group had an area for themselves and plenty of space to spread out as needed. The unit was in great shape, the decorations were delightful, and the hot tub on the deck was a big hit. It worked out great for us to call the shuttle to pick us up to go to the ski area and to get us after skiing as well. We could not have asked for a better location or place to stay. We will definitely book this place in the future when we return to Steamboat.

Family getaway!
We felt like we were at home. Great location to town and things to do. We weren’t able to do much due to COVID but that was ok because the home had all we needed to enjoy our stay!!

We had a terrific time staying at this house. 3 families stayed together and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy and relax. The private hot tub is a great amenity as is the extra living room where the kids could go while the parents enjoyed adult talk upstairs. The home was so clean, well maintained and equipped. We had everything we needed, except time to stay longer! We will be back and are recommending to our friends. Thank you Jason for taking a great care of us and accommodating our special requests!

Fantastic
Our extended family of 10 (also a 2 month old and 2 year old) stayed at this location. It was fantastic for everyone. The kitchen was better stocked than my own kitchen! Beds were comfortable for everyone, and bathrooms were never an issue. Best part was the private hot tub. The community hot tub nearest us was out of order the entire time, but we were able to hang out after skiing in our private one. We had a few missing items and when I reported them, they were delivered that morning. We will definitely look in to renting here again... this is our 5th stay in Steamboat and our best booking!

Wonderful place.
We are very much enjoying Steamboat Springs and the property we are staying at. It is spacious, clean, modern yet slightly western with lovely art and a well stocked kitchen for personal cooking. The A/V options are fine and there is even a Bang &Olufsen CD/radio down stairs. 5 bedrooms makes this a great family vacation. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing place!
We found this place last minute after our reservations fell through elsewhere. We couldn’t be happier with this townhouse. It’s a fantastic location close to paths and great views. The kitchen is well stocked and there were even a few toys for the kiddos. The A/C and hot tub are great amenities. We hope to stay here again and again!

Everything was perfect about our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well located for access to both the mountain & town.
