Lovely lodge, very clean and everything that you need for an enjoyable stay was in there. Jane and Vincent are just the best hosts and the nicest of people. Thank you for putting up with Jasper, our dog, he wanted to keep going out to see the goats! We will see you again x

We had a lovely time, the cabin was so clean and cozy, we were greeted on arrival Jane and Vincent were very helpful and friendly, the area was amazing, definitely will be staying again even our dog had a great time.

Excellent. Accommodation was spotless and so comfortable. The location was perfect and it was so peaceful. The owners were there if necessary but left you alone. It was like staying with friends. Very well equipped and such a comfortable bed. Our dog loved the large enclosed garden which she could run freely in. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location, close to all amenities and beaches. Lovely hosts who seemed really keen to make sure we had everything we needed. Our two dogs were allowed to roam freely and enjoyed the free run of the whole garden, such a bonus compared to other places we’ve stayed at. Thankyou Vincent and Jane for your hospitality, we will be back!

Once again an amazing stay with the whole family. We visited back in 2019 and decided to return this year, safe to say it’s still as amazing as we all imagined. Lovely area and surround grounds with such lovely welcoming owner. Thank you Jane/Vincent!

We found the property clean, well equipped, ideally located both within the premises and within range of amazing walks and views. The hosts are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. They allow dogs free run if the large garden which is beautifully kept and so it is vital to respect their kindness by cleaning up after your pet. Will certainly be going back. Have already been several times.

Highly recommend Helmsley tea rooms, breakfast off the charts ! Exceptional… hosts Jane and Vincent were extremely welcoming especially with our dog Rufus, felt comfortable in their surroundings, a big thank you from us all. Wouldnt hesitate to book again!

We booked as a short escape for our wedding anniversary. Great base for visiting all the top attractions or just local walks. The hosts were very helpful and we have recommend to friends and family and will definitely consider booking the studio barn again.

My daughter and myself had a great break in the New Forest, the accommodation was great and exactly what we wanted. Really quiet, loved waking up listening to the birds. My daughter enjoyed hanging out with Oreo and Mac the goats. Jane and Vincent were really friendly and hospitable.

Had a great time, lovely secluded, quiet, safe location but close to pubs and shops. Property was clean and warm with great facilities and even milk in the fridge. Jane was a superb host and was on hand to help if we needed any. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for two nights in Feb. Had never been to the New Forest before and really wanted to visit. We decided to stay here because of its locality, everything was only a few minutes drive away. Accommodation was excellent, with everything you needed. The hosts Jane and Vincent made us feel very welcome, and had lots of good advice about visiting the area. Would happily stay again.

The property was clean, warm and extremely comfortable, (I am a terrible sleeper but managed a good nights sleep both nights of my stay). The hosts are lovely people, really helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, great for a relaxing weekend away from busy lives, we had an enjoyable walk in the new forest and a spot of lunch in a local pub, the rising sun. I highly recommend a stay at this property, we are already planning our next visit there.

We wanted to explore the New Forest and this proved to be an ideal location. There is easy access to the open Forest from the property and shorts drives to the coast or other points of interest. If you love walking or cycling the trails, this is for you. Jane and Vincent are fabulous hosts and the accommodation is both comfortable and well equipped. We would love to return as there are many trails yet to explore!

Lovely and quiet, restful hideaway in the heart of the New Forest. We really enjoyed our stay. The studio is perfectly positioned for privacy and easy access to the Forest. A clean and comfortable studio with ample space and all you need for a relaxing ‘home from home’. Our caring, friendly hosts made sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Brilliant! My wife and I have just got back from a long weekend at the property. We had an amazing time and were well looked after by the owners. The property is beautiful and in a stunning location. We will definitely be booking again. If you like outdoor activities this is a perfect place to stay

A one room property but containing all that is needed. Vincent was easily contactable and full of advice on local attractions (some of which we would have never considered). There were no concerns about energy usage which is very generous. (Possibly they might re-assess this). But overall was a lovely rest .

Really super accommodation, a large area with a very comfortable king size bed, three sofas, fully equipped kitchen, shower and separate toilet. Check in was easy, and the hosts, both Vincent and Jane, were really lovely. Out two dogs were catered for, there were throws for all the sofas and the bed, and they were allowed the use of the garden. Couldn't praise our stay enough. We will be back.

My daughter, dog and I came to stay fir a couple of nights. Location was really handy for dog walks and local pub. Jane and Vincent were extremely helpful and welcoming. Even our dog did not want to leave! 😊
