House layout: The house is on 2 floors. Entrance with a welcoming hall leading into the open, big living room with dining area and seating area with fire place, terraces doors leading out to garden and pool. Here is also the nice provencal style kitchen also with terrace door out to the garden. On the same level is also the master bedroom suite. Second floor offers 3 bedrooms with nice views to the sea and bathrooms, also a terrace. Lower garden level has a fith bedroom with en suite bathroom.
House size: about 300 square metres
View: South location with sun all day and a wide open view towards green areas and the sea. Very open and light.
Garden: Land area 1,500 sq. m. Terraced area and grassed areas.
Pool: Generous round pool with nice terrace around.
Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, etc. Separate laundry area. TV, stereo and DVD player. International channels, BBQ, Internet.
Location: Quiet and peaceful. 1 km from the famous artistic village of St Paul, 10 minutes walk from the village of La Colle sur Loup, 5 minutes by car to Cagnes-sur-Mer (Haut de Cagnes), 8 minutes from Vence and 15 minutes from the airport and Nice (Promenade des Anglais).
Entertainment/shopping: Many antiques shops, galleries, museums and dozens of restaurants at all price levels in both La Colle and St Paul de Vence. Close to bakeries and food shops. Plenty of services in Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer. Of course Nice offers everything!
Bathing: 5 minutes to the whole coastline of beaches and beach life. 15 minutes from the wonderful pebbled Nice beaches.
Golf: Several golf courses 20 min drive.
