Очень стильная вилла в тихом месте. Прекрасный вид на горы и море, небольшой освежающий бассейн. Можно релаксировать на удобных шезлонгах возле бассейна, можно на диванах на просторной террасе. Абсолютная тишина, ни шума, ни беготни, ни звуков от дороги. Апартаменты идеально чистые. Оборудование и мебель хорошего качества. Все практически новое. Посуда и кухонная утварь удовлетворит требованиям тех, кто любит сам готовить. Полный набор кастрюль, сковорода, куча разнокалиберных тарелок, фужеров-бокалов…., столовые приборы включают даже десертные ложки и вилочки. Такой уровень оснащения не ожидал увидеть за цену, которую просят за азмещение. К гостям относятся очень радушно и откликаются на просьбы. До моря от виллы минут семь пешком. Мире идеально чистое. Набережная не представляет ничего особенного. Единственный стоящий ресторан находится на расстоянии 8 км от Башки в сторону Крка.

В апартаментах нет мясорубки 🤣🤣🤣 Если серьезно: не была бы лишней услуга по уборке номера в период проживания ( за дополнительную оплату)

Excelent place for holiday with family or with friends. Very kind and helpfull owner of the apartment. Apartment fully equipment with beautifull view to the sea. Clean and nice swiwing pool , spa in the balcon with amazing view to the sea. I hope I'll come back here next year

Spacious high-quality apartment

Spacious airy modern apartment within walking distance of the town centre. All mod cons provided. Pool and sunbathing area on site. Friendly, welcoming and efficient owner.

Minor point but bedside lamps would be good to help reading in bed - overhead lights were a bit bright for this purpose.

Cool upscale house with appartments in a quiet, dead end street. And it has a pool.

Host is welcoming and responsive, the appartment is well equipped and modern with modern appliances. Other appartments had better views but ours had the artificial lawn which is what we needed for our toddler.

Bed (mattress) is quite soft and on the cheaper side, some might like it, we'd prefer it harder. Wifi is slowish in the evening when everyone is at home. If you're not in the premium appartments, the parking is a little of the premises, but you can load and unload the luggage at the house.

The building is very stylish and modern in a quiet location. We stayed on the first floor, where there was beautiful, calming view from our terrace on the swimming pool (which was btw. already functional in April). Also communication with the owner was easy going.

Incredible romantic stay ❤️

Incredible stay, very romantic, especially when you stay in penthouse with jacuzzi (the views are just out of this world). We managed to stay at discounted price (winter rate till april), so value for money was amazing. The owner was very lovely and nice, she really listened to our wishes and did everything in her power to accomodate. Her instructions were very informative and clear.

Happy little family

Natalia was very accomodating, she made sure everything is okay during our stay. We went out at one point at night and a guess from another apartment/hotel took our spot, even if it was 10 in the evening, they still help us with our parking. They also made sure to provide the electric kettle I was requesting, and also they are flexible with check in, even we came bit earlier than expected, they still check us in.

There is only one thing I dislike is just that nobody is doing the room cleaning, just change the towels but not the mattres and covers.

Moderate happy

Quite big appartment with tarrace and beautifull pool with shallow area for childreen.

Moldy bathroom with broken cupboard which falls of the wall, blocked drain line under the shower, broken wardrobe in a bedroom. Natalia as a host was nice untill I asked her to remove cot (which was standing behind the door) and repair cupboard which was not secure for us. She was not happy to help.

Wonderful apartment in Baska!

- very clean and modern apartment with a terrace and air conditioning - clean and nice pool - two smart TVs in the apartment - our laundry was washed for free - towels were exchanged two times during one week - big supermarket was close - free parking
