Perfect location and wonderful home! Such a clean and welcoming space!

We military moms come together annually for a reunion trip and the mountains did not disappoint. We had a couple of issues at check in (but not due to the property manager). Once called, they promptly addressed it. The house was equipped with everything we needed and accommodated is well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious with beautiful views. Very nice golf course.

Every year our family of 8, 7 adults and 1 child go on vacation. This house was accommodating to everyone so that we all had our own privacy, rooms and bathrooms. Maggie Valley I would say is more for relaxing, not many attractions at all. Lots of places are closed for winter months which we weren't aware of and some things actually no longer exist that are advertised. As for the home, grill didn't work, we had to buy ice the entire time and taking the trash off was an inconvenience with your cars already loaded with luggage. Air conditioners were tricky to figure out also! House, hot tub and game room was really nice
Fully stocked kitchen, views were great and the property manager was fantastic. Definitely recommend the little mom and pop restaurants, they were all great!

Overall we were happy with our stay. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t very clean and there was lots of animal hair on the floors.

My family and I were extremely disappointed with the experience with the owners as well as with the issues with the home. We spent the first few days’ dealing with an ant infestation in the kitchen and cleaning the kitchen. The owners were rude when responding to our concerns. Owner's response to complaint about ant infestation in the kitchen upon receiving a video of the dishwasher which was overrun by ants. OWNER: What will make you happy and not leave a bad review? This was truly an anomaly and like I said, you are in wilderness and ants happen sometimes. Plus, you have refused a cleaner and have now only inconvenienced yourself. three of our 4 full days were spent, cleaning the kitchen, dealing with ants while cooking, had a handy man stop by to fix a plumbing issue - which was not resolved; we had an exterminator come in - and yet were asked if we wanted to have someone come in and really clean, which at that point we refused, because that would have taken another day from our short trip. All in all, we were exhausted by Thursday, and were informed by the owners that “they were sorry the cleaning did not meet our “high standards”. Is it unreasonable to expect to arrive at a vacation home – that is clean and not infested by ants or has faulty facilities. We were unable to enjoy a peaceful vacation - spending quality time with our family, which is the most dissappointing as we can not get that time back.

Only complaint having to take the garbage to the dump otherwise pleased

8 of us from all over met here for my wifes 60th birthday. It was perfect for us as it had 4 baths and bedrooms. The view was spectacular of the mountains and golf course. A few small things could have been better, but nothing is ever perfect, and it certainly did not dampen any of our good times.

Beautiful location, great views and very cozy. Great time relaxing.

This was so nice to come back to after hiking to tri state point, zip lining, white water rafting and hiking to clingmans dome. Everything was more than comfortable and felt like being at home.

We loved the house and especially the view! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Will definitely go back

This house was a great place to come back and relax after hiking all over the smokies. Everything you would want and more to have a great time.

Everything was great. Love the 4 bedrooms each with own bathroom. Home was clean and very nice. Young people loved the hot tub. Close to all our favorite restaurants and downtown Waynesville.

Everyone in our group had a great stay, lots of room, hope to stay again!

Evolve cancelled my stay 3 days before our trip due to ‘no heat’ and then immediately rebooked the property. Here it is a week into January and I’m still waiting on my FULL refund and contact back from a manager. Evolve is either corrupt or incompetent… haven’t figured out which yet, but is def one or the other. RENTER BEWARE!!!!

Honest review - Overall this property was laid out perfectly for a couple's weekend with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Pros- Excellent Communication with owner, Location, hot tub, pool table, layout of house with each bedroom having its own bathroom and washer/dryer. Cons- Basement smelled like wet dog, and dog hair throughout the house including the couches so you couldn't sit down anywhere without having long white dog hair all over your clothes, refrigerator in basement but setting was too cold and it froze and ruined all of our lettuce for salads and it would be great if the hot tub was covered because it rained most of our trip so we couldn't comfortably use it. Overall everyone enjoyed the house and the layout and we had a wonderful time so I would probably stay here again.

We came over with some friends on motorcycles to stay a few days and ride the Blueridge Parkway.
The house had some wear to it but was still nice. The driveway was not ideal for motorcycle but we made it work!! The trash was a little tricky on motorcycles but luckily we had a couple on trikes and we got it hauled off.
4.5
First of all, the property was clean and well kept! The check in instructions were easy, the neighborhood and area are great. The location to downtown Waynesville is perfect!
The pictures make the living room and kitchen look a little bigger than they actually are. For a four bedroom/4 bathroom house, it was difficult for all of us to gather comfortably in the living room. The kitchen is very small.
If you have children 3 and under, bring a few gates. We were constantly worried that our 2 1/2 year old was going to fall down the stairs-both inside and outside.
This house is great for couples and families with older children!! The pre-teens loved the hot tub and the game room.
Overall, it is a wonderful property and we VERY much enjoyed our stay.
4.5
It was a nice place, beds are nice, views are great. There are a few downfalls not every bedroom has AC, the hills getting into olace and up driveway are not conducive for motorcycles. You are not bringing trailers to this place, you are not fitting 6 full size trucks in this area. So anyone there to ride motorcycles do not stay here. But if you are here to play golf. Or drive vehicles around for touring its great. But the fewer the vehicles the better.

Property was exactly as described. House was very clean. Got to meet the owner and she was extremely nice. Definitely a do over stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay . The ice maker was not working which made it pretty inconvenient to bring ice to the ice from the gas station . Overall the house was pretty good , the rear deck area is covered in poison ivy so beware with the little ones. No garbage disposal at the kitchen sink was a little odd but we managed . House furnishings are definitely a little dated but the overall experience was acceptable.

House was fine. Very good location for Maggie Valley and Waynesville. Nice morning views from the deck. House is old and needs some TLC. Space was good for our family. No air conditioning in main level bedrooms. Not a huge issue at night as it was cool and used the fans, but a little toasty during the early August days. Biggest issue is compared to other VRBO properties we have stayed in, this one was very limited and not much in the way of organization of the home as a rental. Again, location, check-in, process was good. A few minor repairs and thought regarding the use of the property as a rental is all that was missing.

Front Row Mountain View
Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this property for making wonderful vacation memories. We loved the front row mountain view from the deck & spent much time there. Photos of property are accurate. Four bedrooms & bathrooms were wonderful for our group of 5 and our dog. Plenty of towels & dishes & basic supplies so you can make yourself at home & enjoy your vacation right away. Excellent location for enjoying the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Shout outs to Joey's Pancake House, Sweet Onion, Bearwaters Brewing Company Creekside, & Mini Donuts for adding wonderful food & memories to our stay. Also recommend Great Smoky Mountain Railroad & Great Smoky Mountain National Park to other guests. Enjoy!!!

Wonderful, except no air conditioning in the two first floor bedrooms.

We had a great time here while in the area visiting local breweries. Lots of room along with a fun entertainment area in the basement.

The view is incredible the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. If you change this property will not be disappointed it’s absolutely fabulous.

My family arrived in Maggie Valley to celebrate my youngest child’s Graduation from WCU. The accommodations where good but the mattresses were too firm. Some issues with deck lighting minimized the used of the deck & hot tub. Hot Tub was not hot enough for the chilly nights. Issues were addressed by maintenance crew & we had a very enjoyable weekend. We would love to rent this location again in the future.

Coming from the Raleigh area, we knew we would be in a mountainous area BUT....Bikers be fore warned if you dont have the better experience you may run into difficulties. I have 10+ yrs and I still dropped mine cause I took a wrong turn and found noplace to do a u-turn and upon my turn around was sloped and went to put my foot down and there was no ground, so down I went (PRIDE)arrgh lol. Beatiful place, excellent time we parked 4 bikes, 2 trucks and 2 trailers. Theres a bathroom for every bedroom plus 1 in the recroom. They get my 5 stars....:)

We’ll appointed home with excellent views! Very clean and cozy. Hot tub is a plus. This home was perfect for our group of 4 adult couples!

The view was amazing. The cabin was clean and the layout was perfect for us, with each of the 4 bedrooms having their own bathroom. The cabin definitely looked better in the pictures than in real life. It was a little old and had a few quirks. But overall, it was a great stay.

The property is easy to locate, all paved roads! Close to shops in Maggie Valley, not far from the larger town of Waynesville. We had light rain the entire length of our visit so no hiking.... but sitting on the deck under cover gave us the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The property is clean and comfortable, however, furnishings are quite dated. We had everything we needed. One comment from a family member who expected shampoo, soap/body wash to be furnished. It was not. Not a deal breaker, but good to know. Small size glassware was sparse, but not really an issue for us. Just some constructive suggestions. All in all, we would stay again!
