About this house rental

The house is all on one level, sleeps up to 8 people and has everything needed to make a comfortable & enjoyable holiday. Large open living and study area, kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bed rooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Facilities include flat screen TV, DVD, DVD/CD selection, CD/Stereo, gas heating, washing machine, microwave and BBQ.

There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, the third bedroom has a single bed and a bunk-bed, (bottom bed is a double).
Two bathrooms & 1 seperate toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils.
A high chair is also provided.

The front of the house has a deck with BBQ, outdoor setting to take in the great Culburra sunsets over the lake.

Please note that linen is not provided at the house. Duvets and pillows are on the beds, however covers for these and towels are BYO.
There is a linen hire company in Culburra available.

Guest access:
Walking distance to two Culburra beaches.
Walking distance to lake.
Short drive to town amenities and short stroll to village store.
Facilities include flat screen TV, DVD, DVD/CD selection, CD/Stereo, gas heating, washing machine, microwave and BBQ.

Other things to note:
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10.00am. Beauts at the Burra sleep 8 people in 2 queen beds, 1 double/1 single bunk bed and 1 single stand alone bed.

During peak times, we prefer a minimum of a 7 night booking.
Should you wish to go ahead with this booking, we require a security deposit of $500 to be paid to HomeAway 48 hours prior to your arrival, and will be refunded by HomeAway on your departure, less any incidental or other charges.

Our young family had a lovely stay, with everything we needed at hand. Weather wasn’t great for the beach so the puzzles, DVD, music and kids toys were a very much appreciated bonus. The place was very clean, kitchenware well stocked and overall the house was larger than expected.

This is a fantastic little find. The place is so cute, a little quirky and has everything you need for a comfy and fun stay. Walking distance to the beach, nice and quiet surrounding and only a short drive from shops and eating options. You can tell the owners are proud of the place and want you to feel comfy. We had great fun with the games and the iconic CD collection. Great base if you want to explore the region.

We had the best time in Beauts, it was a quaint house with all the charm of a beach holiday home. Close enough to all the amenities and beaches. We would recommend a stay there anytime.

My family & I recently spent the xmas & new year period at Beauts at the Burra. We had a wonderful time, particularly sitting outside on the spacious front verandah in the afternoons, soaking up the sun. That's where we celebrated new year's eve, with a perfect view of the sun setting over the lake. It's a 10 minute walk to both the lake & the surf beach. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably, with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine, which is great for the salty beach gear! The back living room is cool and spacious & the breeze flows through the house of an evening, which is lovely after a hot day at the beach.The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including the provision of cling wrap, alfoil & baking paper (things I always forget to pack). Board games, a large selection of music cd's, movie dvd's & books are also provided for your use. The dining area at the front of the house is also a lovely place to share a meal, listen to music & have a chat. The location is 5 minutes from the shops by car, where there is a Woolworths & everything else you could possibly want. All the family agreed they will be returning in 2016. I would highly recommend it as a relaxing, easy place to take the family or to share with friends. Many thanks to Lucy & Joe

Great place to stay. Perfect spot, not far from the beach, great house with lots of room and logical layout. The house is well equipped with small things covered, making you feel like your home outside your home. We had great selection of music, family dvd's, wifi, cupboard full of useful essentials when you've forgotten them. Great service, could not recommend a better place to stay in the area.

After arriving at this property, we were thoroughly impressed by the lovely furnishings and cleanliness. Our kids loved the Wii, the jigsaws and games. There was a great selection of movies and music. In a great location, not far from the beach and a short drive to the local shops...The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning, we miss Beauts at the Burra already!

Beauts at The Burra is an adorable little property in a brilliant location. The house made the perfect location for our relaxing Easter get away. Culburra is a beautiful sleepy coastal town with just the right amount of quiet and activity to keep visitors happy. Normally our family lives in a busy holiday location so we really appreciated the quiet escape. After just four days at Beauts it definitely felt like a home away from home. The owners of this property are helpful and very easy to deal with.
