管理人が英語できる。近くにスーパーがあり、水や食料には困らない。トラムの駅が近いため、交通の便はよい。冷蔵庫・ケトルが備え付けられていたため、ラマダーン中でも家の中でこっそり飯が食せる。鍵が三重になっているため、セキュリティは強固

洗濯機はありますが、「女子専用」と言われて、使うのを許可されませんでした。また、シャワーの水圧が弱く、ホース部から水が溢れていたため、まともにシャワーを浴びるのは不可能に近いです。私は三週間ほどここに泊まりましたが、友人宅の風呂を借りて事なきを得ました。トイレも水が時々流れませんし、何故かトイレの床がびしょびしょになっていることがあります。あと、窓締まりませんし、室内は常に暗いです。濡れたバスタオルが完全に乾燥するまで、2日かかります。エアコン使えないことも考慮に入れておく必要があります。

Disappointing experience

The room was clean. Mohamed, the young man welcoming me at the accommodation is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is situated in a nice and lively neighborhood. Ideal for anyone wanting to get a taste of everyday local life.

My stay at Caesar House has been a disappointing experience. I booked a 15 m2 room, got a 9 m2 room. The room was supposed to have access to a terrace, instead I could only look at the balcony from my window. Impossible to access. There was supposed to be a washer. Not. I was supposed to be able to cook. Not. There was supposed to be a bath tub. Not. There were supposed to be towels. Not. The internet connection was poor. After I asked the owner if I had been given the wrong room, pointing out several of the differences between the booking confirmation and the reality, he claimed that I had booked the wrong room. Only after I had filed a complaint at Booking.com (and had chosen to leave), he communicated to me that he was willing to give me a bigger room.

Moldy bathroom

In room 2B, there were ants in bathroom and on bed sheets giving me insomnia. There was mold on shower curtain and shower head was rusty and worn needing replacement.

Staff is really nice, apartments are quiet, bathroom is clean, and nice, overall great value for price.

Location is kinda noisy, locks are a bit tedious, have to pay for AC (Very minor inconveniences)

OK hostel close to the centre

Ok room for the price. The tram station was near the hostel.

The bathroom had water leaking everywhere and wasn't very clean but it was good enough. Same for the towels. But nothing terrible.

Exceptional

The bedroom was very comfortable and cozy.

The internet sometimes went down for hours and hours, and it is not always easy to find a member of the staff. But still, I enjoyed my staying very much!

Does not meet basic sanitary conditions

Host was nice and ready to help

Bed sheets were definitely used with hairs on it, shower full of dirt and mold, bathroom floor was constantly flooded by the toilet and full of dirt as well, bad smell in the room. We had to leave the place after first night and book a different hotel. Too bad.

the location is good

the room smell of smoking cigarettes , the blanket also , not suitable for my family we didn’t like it im not sure the blanket washed or not 😅 and i think not suitable for asian family , because they wear shoes enter the house and absolutel the floor is dirty anyway , thankyou

place is quite enough and warm, balcony is good, requires to be a little more clean to be able to feel comfort.

the location is perfect and near everything walking, also metro station is very close

cleanliness level - they need to wash blankets and clean bathroom way better and provide sufficient toilet paper for 2 persons for a stay of 2 days.

a nice place to stay for a few days. We enjoyed the market neighbourhood although it isn’t super close to the center it has everything you need and good transport options.

Exceptional

Localisation is very well, so close to markets and main tourist attractions, just promoted care and used more shops for locals not a tourist becouse price can be double, also good idea is to rent a bicycle that you can explore everything very easy* (if you are okey driving in Egypt weather), rooms are so big and clean, everything necessary is inside and private swimming pool, no need nothing more for me :)

It was relatively easy to find ( has a little sign at the door with the name). area is nice and not too far from the coast. close to the metro and nice restaurants around. The owner answered to all messages very fast and even at late night was available to help us. Very very good service!! the room was mostly clean and with a little fridge and a water cooker.

there was some ants in the room which ate our food overnight and the bathroom smelled a little weird

Best affordable stay in the center of Alex.

The cleanliness of the property and availability of every important asset to it.

Nothing really but the smell of certain areas is not the best so i advice to work on that.

Actually it was horrible, most of what was mentioned in the description isn't real.

Air Conditioner leaking water/ No terrace / wardrob was full of 50 years old blankets! And was not sure how could I use it to store my clothes!...etc Also when I decided to leave andspoke with the owner about it.... The guy said that I need to wait until my reservation is over and he will refund me partially "rent the room and refund me for the days rented" and he confirmed it was rented to days later to me leaving "before expiration of my booked period" and after expiration, I contacted him to find out he's telling me there's no refund!!! Not to mention the extra amount I paid as insurance and he didn't return it.... never saw such cheapness actions!
