Location was very good near to city center but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Good location. Older facility but clean and well maintained. Excellent beds for good night sleep. Quiet. Great value. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

plenty fine for our needs

It was clean and the room was large. We also liked the location across from the river park.

The bathtub stopper didn't work and the ice machine was not adequate.

We enjoyed the price, staff, size/comfort of the room, and the surrounding area.

The room was spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable and well made. The receptionist was kind, helpful, and fun to talk to. My boyfriend and I felt welcome and safe.

The cigarette smell permeated the facility. It was strong in the room where my boyfriend and I slept. The bathroom door was also hard to shut. May need to resize the door or the frame.

Never be back. Noisy location and less than friendly management.

Not much.

Honoring contract certified by Booking.com. Asked for a second floor room, booking said manager agreed. When I got there he said there were none. When I pointed out the written booking confirmation, he laughed about Booking.com, and said unless I talked to him or his wife personally it means nothing. Also there was domestic violence and screaming going on in the parking lot and management did nothing.

Quick and restful.

This was a fine place for a night. I came in kind of late from the train. The website said the office closed at midnight so I did not bother to call and tell them my train was late. When I arrived there though the front door said the office closed at 11pm. Other than that the front desk person was friendly and I checked out around 8:00am.

It didn’t have roaches (surprisingly)

Cigarette smoke smell everywhere. It felt unsafe.

passable stay for a place to rest

Location was only a short walk to the town and local facilities.

The room smelt really strongly of smoke, it was a non smoking room so not acceptable really. No sound proofing therefore woken multiple times with others coming and going at all hours.

No Covid protocols. Staff not wearing masks. People living there. No mask wearing or social distancing.

Everything was good the TV was big enough wish thay had HBO or Showtime AC work good

The shower could of use little bit more pressure so could the bathroom sink
