About this campground/ rv resort rental
My home is a newly remodeled mobile home. Very clean and comfortable. It is located in Kuttawa Ky and with in minutes to boat ramps to Ky Lake, Lake Barkley, and Kuttawa. There is a small water park close by. We have a place to park your boat with easy access to power to keep the live wells running. Great for families looking to get away. The home is on a big lot, that shares the yard with another rental home. We are about 40 miles to Paducah, where the quilt museum is, and there big convention every year. Paducah also is where the Ohio River and the Tennessee river connect, with a nice walking park there. Very close to Pattis 1880, very good very, historic restaurant to visit.

This is not a house as stated. This is about a 1968 single wide mobile home. The ceiling above the fridge leaks, soft spots in the floor throughout the place, shower is terrible, pee stained mattress, it is not close to any water.

First, they do not supply key codes when booked and even had to call them when I arrived to get it.
The property is an old mobile home in a small mobile home park. States remodeled, which is true but was a DIY, walls dirty, bathroom not good, mold coming through paint, ceiling hole in hallway.
Two night stay $110/night; better than sleeping in truck but hotels and lake village cheaper and cleaner.

Very basic, no frills. Great location. Quiet, peaceful, secluded; yet close and convenient.

Very basic, but perfect location. Close to interstate and activities, yet still has a rural feel. Nice place to stay while fishing!

We enjoyed our stay. The price was very reasonable and they were welcoming and available for any help we needed.

I like the roominess of the trialer compared to a hotel room. However this trailer needs a thourough scrubbing. Hole in the floor in one bedroom and massive water damage on floor in other bedroom. Porch in back needs railing. TV had a crack all down the screen that distorted the picture. The property manager was great about comunication.

Father's Day Weekend
Celebrated our husbands for father's day on Lake Barkley. After a day of fun in the sun and water, it was so relaxing to come back to our VRBO rental. Very clean, comfy and cost efficient make this a place a must do again and again.

Great home away from home
I had a wonderful time exploring Western Kentucky using Sandy's Dream as my home away from home. Everything was as described and this was a perfect location, price and size. Beverley was so nice and kept in touch throughout my visit just to make sure all was well and answer any questions I may have had. I hope to return again and I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us
Even though it wasn't next to a lake, it was convenient to either lake, was peaceful and was exactly what we needed. The host stayed in touch during our week there to be sure all was well. It wasn't anything fancy, but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Weekend getaway
This place was cozy & perfect for what we wanted! We spent our days on the water, which was literally two minutes from where we were staying. Then spent our nights at the cabin & cooking out & relaxing!!

Vacation
we had a great experience... the place was better then expected. Marvin brought us wood for the firepits whenever we needed it. Very good communication with Beverly also! Will be back to stay there again!

Relaxed with challenges
I am not able to give an accurate assessment of this property because due to challenges beyond my control I stayed in another unit on this property. The ratings given were for where I stayed. The owner/manager I spoke with was pleasant and did what she was able to do to get us in another unit. The expectation for my weekend was to get away and relax and I was able to do that. I will say that there are 3 units that share parking and there was ample parking for all 3 units during my stay.
