Prachtig hotel en mooie plek om tot rust te komen

Prachtige kamer en super vriendelijk personeel. Elke dag een heerlijk ontbijt met heel wat variatie. Een aanrader !

Eens je het prachtige hotel buiten komt is de omgeving verouderd en vuil.

Enjoyed breakfast and the proximity to the beach.

The staff were extremely rude. I called from my room to speak to the hotel receptionist. The receptionist purposely hung up the phone multiple times while I was calling. I know this for sure because when I went downstairs to figure out what was going on, the receptionist looked startled and said sorry the line was busy as soon as she saw me. I was then thinking, how did she know I called unless she has been ignoring my calls. I also requested a taxi. I will admit that I put the wrong flight information. My flight was an hour delayed. However, when I arrived at the airport and called to see if they can send another cab, I was told that I would have to find my own way to the airport. It was late at night, don’t understand any Italian and was basically left stranded. The customer service is terrible and I will never come back.

Stunning boutique property with staff that went out of their way to make our stay memorable

Quiet location a short walk from the beach. Perfectly kept boutique property with a really homely and relaxed feel - yet still very stylish. Great size room with stunning ocean view. Excellent pool area to relax and enjoy the views. Good breakfast. Best of all were the amazingly helpful and friendly team who arranged us great restaurants every night including pickup and drop offs to/from the hotel. If you are going to Mondello, there is no better place to stay!

The most perfect Boutique Hotel.

This was a gem of a hotel. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great as were the snacks around the lovely pool. Drinks on the rooftop are a must as the views over the sea are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous place, with friendly and helpful staff. We loved it.

It was a perfect stay.

Everything was perfect. Al of the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The ocean view from our room was gorgeous! Beautiful sunrises every day...Our stay was in December and the hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. The parking was secure. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good, but we would prefer less sweets. More cheese, eggs or cold cuts. We liked the fruits.

Superb

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Our views from our room and balcony were beautiful as well as extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good. And staff was very kind.

The only negative I have is no fault of the hotel or staff. We were surprised to see that the streets of Mondello beach in front of the hotel and surrounding area was littered with a lot of garbage.

Gorgeous accommodation, lovely and helpful staff. The facilities were clean, we didnt want to leave and wished we have stayed longer! Special shout out to hosts Monica and Elena who were both incredibly helpful with recommendations and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible!

The walls between our first room and the kitchen were thin and could hear staff preparing for breakfast so we were woken early. However we were able to switch rooms. If you’re not an early riser I would request a room on the second level! :)

very nice place, quiet and wonderful and kind staff. if you want to be close to beach, in a nice and quiet place you should go to Unico. the swimming pool is very nice with a view, and rooms with sea view.

Very modern and clean hotel with wonderful staff. Mondello is very pretty but not a great choice of excellent restaurants!!…and a bit far from palermo. But we had a very enjoyable stay despite these issues!

clean, beautiful, friendly staff always willing to help with anything we needed.

our bedroom was next to the kitchen and we were woken up in the morning by the sounds of the doors and the kitchen activity. also there was a dinner party one night that went until after midnight. We had a hard time falling asleep.

This hotel is an oasis! Would definitely recommend .

We loved the view from our room. We loved all of the amazing outdoor spaces- by the pool and the rooftop terrace. The breakfast had a nice selection of homemade goods. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. It was one of our favorite hotels.

a little more privacy regarding the bathroom set up, but this could have been specific to our room.

Fab boutique hotel as good as a 5 star located right on Mondello beach with restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread and coffee was the best I had in Sicily. The hot tub on the terrace was the perfect antidote to the crazy drive through Palmero.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a small town, holiday here to eat & relax!

Lunch dishes are delicious as it's amazing cold cuts and cheeses with fresh salad. Lot's of great restaurants nearby, which is handy as the hotel doesn't have a evening restaurant

We are from the UK so found the breakfast very heavy; cake, croissants, bread etc! And the weather was mixed so it was a shame that once the sun beds and outdoor furniture got covered up, the hotel staff didn't uncover it for a few days even though the rain stopped

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Superb hospitality.

Beautifully decorated!! Lux experience. Perhaps the best hotel stay in my life. Ever! We stayed in the room with a sea view (not the suite) and it was beautiful. Great shower and bathroom products. They made the best Bloody Mary ever and a superb breakfast too. We loved every minute and will definitely return. The staff were also very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. I mean it when I say I’ve paid a lot more for a hotel that didn’t treat me as well as they did.
