The actual apartment was absolutely pristine and furnished so nicely with LITERALLY ANYTHING a vacationer could want or need for the pool/beach. The kitchen was furnished as if someone actually lived there which made it so nice for us to be able to comfortably cook meals every evening. There were even cleaning supplies to clean up during our stay so it felt like home.
We loved absolutely everything!

Location was great!!! Right on the beach and close to many restaurants and excursions. The beach wasn't crowded and the sand was like powder. We drove to Sand Key Beach one day, but this beach was better. Kitchen was a plus and stocked with every kitchen utensil you could want. The unit provided 2 beach chairs and several beach towels for our use.
The unit didn't have any windows with a view. There are 2 windows that look into a corridor. I knew that going in, but it felt a bit dark and would have been nice to have a unit with a balcony and view (but the price was right and we were mostly just there to sleep :o). There is one elevator which is very slow. Luckily the unit was on the 3rd floor and we were able bodied, so we took the stairs most of the time - even with our beach chairs.

The closeness to the beach, staff were very helpful
The darkness of the interior, the floors matched to walls, is little dreary a lighter Cole would open up the interior areas.

Everything else. It was a very nice place. Loved Shower. The Girl in the office was very nice & helpfull.
Our room was in the middle of hotel. No natural light. Could use broom & dust pan. We cleaned best with what we had. I organized closet.

Cute apartment. All the things you need in home is at your disposal. My husband enjoyed his birthday. It’s a beachfront hotel. We did not have a balcony but the beach was 100 feet away! Robert & Titiana thank you for all you done!! We will be renting out this hotel again.
The apartment did not have a balcony but it’s all good the beach was 100 feet away.

The room was an interior, one bedroom condo but the property was located right on the beach, which is exactly what we expected when we booked. The decor of the condo gave it a relaxing home-away-from-home feel instead of the generic and sterile feel of staying in a hotel room for three days and it had all the accoutrements and items you'd need for an extended stay including beach chairs, towels and umbrella. There are more than a few grocery stores and restaurants within a reasonable (~2 miles) driving distance of the property, so it's usually no trouble to get out and grab anything you might need. Since we were traveling with two of our granddaughters (ages 5 and 11), the fold-out sofa was a huge benefit. There was a dehumidifier in the bedroom which helped in the high humidity environment of Florida. Overall, the entire property is well maintained and we probably enjoyed our time at the pool more than on the beach (OK, I may be slightly exaggerating here!)
I also want to mention that Tropical Storm Elsa was moving up the eastern Gulf during the early morning that we were to check in. Robert initiated communication with me the day prior and we stayed in touch regarding the situation. Fortunately, Elsa turned out to be a low impact event across the region and we were able to complete our stay as scheduled. I always appreciate the concern and responsiveness of property owners for their guests.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. Getting the car unpacked and repacked can be a bit taxing since there is reserved parking all around the elevator area. Also, while this interior unit is perfect for a couple or even a couple with two smaller children, you'd definitely want to consider a larger unit if you had two older teenagers or adults.

Great location and beach.
No clear directions about parking and how to find it. Office was not open on time on some days

Loved it was on the beach, nice staff and overall very nice for the price.
There were a couple things I think that need to be fixed. The bathtub doesn’t drain and collects water and will take 5-10 mins to drain. The beach umbrella is absolutely awful. It flips over in the wind and barely works.

Property was great other than having to park across the street. Underneath the building the parking spots were so close and the 30 min guest spot was near impossible to get into with a minivan.
Property itself was okay, the furniture inside the condo is very cheaply made. Pull out bed was broke (we had to buy air mattress). Sheets are stained, pans in kitchen were un-usable due to the bottoms having burnt food stuck on them. Pool access is great.

Very cute and homey apt. Everything you need for a vacation on the beach, including lawn chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. The full kitchen and its accessories were very nice to have. The beach is literally steps from the building and has thee most gorgeous and softest sand. Robert was a delight to work with! I will definitely be returning for another stay!
